Hmm yeah I would expect the majority to flake from online, so not surprised by the 4/6 numbers. It would be helpful if you posted some of your text conversations so we can see if there's any specific areas where you're messing up. Also, consider calling/sending funny pics (from funny pics/gifs thread)/sending voice messages to build some more investment and separate you from all the other dudes who only send her bland texts online.

I know it's hard but try to stay positive. Maybe my hippy friends are rubbing off on my but having a negative/cynical attitude about the process seems to give you worse results.

I'm a little paranoid of doxxing so I don't want to send the convos. I've been texting/online dating for a while so I have a pretty good grasp, the results keep getting worse.

I always shoot for a call on Tinder. I tell them I need to make sure they aren't serial killers and that's when I set up the date. That being said, I'm in DC this summer and the pickings are slim in everything other than waist size.

I've noticed the bots on Tinder tend to have no bio, four pictures, and no interests or common connections. If you want to maximize your matches, look at each profile or look at the bottom of each picture on the swipe screen. Chances are if it's blank it's a bot.

Easier for me to just use paid tinder and swipe right on all the girls in my area, then chat up any of those I matched with that are up to par - unmatching the rest. A lot less hassle.

I actually got a females opinion on my tinder profile a few days ago and when I made the suggested edits, I've been getting 3x more matches.

What were the top 2-3 suggested "edits"?

Some girls has something interesting to open, for example interesting photo or name... .but it is only small %.
I usually start conversation with "Hi ". The most of girls on Tinder do respond, while on Badoo this opening is very uneffective.
Then it´s the easiest way to continue with "How are you?" or "How do you enjoy tuesday´s evening?" .... but I know it is quite beta and asked by many other guys, I want something better.

There's a short window, others have reported this and I've found it to be true --- so get on it. Though no one on these apps that I've had a chance with was even above 6.5, at best, I must confess --- and numbers of 18-23 year olds were all teases.

I'm having the worst period of my life on online dating. I have great volume but it is worth jack shit.

Consecutive terrible dates three nights in a row.

Was planning a second date with a MILF this afternoon since we live close by. I joked that I have a big tea collection that we can try out and that she should take a break from whatever she's doing. Tried to pull back but wasn't working. I could see text messages on her phone from some other guy, who knows could be a paying customer. I just walked home. ~30 dollars down the drain could have been worse. The good news is that I quadruple booked her with three other girls, one of which I'll meet up with soon and who lives close by. But fuck me this is seriously frustrating.

I've been saying this for years... use online game as a supplement to regular game (day/night/social circle). You have to diversify just as you would with your investments.

Putting all your eggs in one basket is a recipe for disaster.

So been trying something out on Tinder recently.

At first, I wrote in this thread using the superlike on a really hot bitch was stupid, since these girls just get that they want.

However, I believe with tinder's ranking system, getting matches with some really hot chicks will move you up in the "popularity" ranking that they use and will show your face much more, which will lead to more matches.

It's just a theory right now based on experience, but I think it would work.
