I would like to decrease my acth level, or if not acth, i would like to lower cortisol. They are always a bit above range. I had MRI of pituitary and doc is considering surgery, but surgery is always a risk especially when they go inside your head. That's why I want to first use them. Maybe they will help.

Those two drugs seems to be most effective and have very few adverse effects. Selegiline decrease acth and gerovital decrease cortisol i think.Can you reccomend me product/brand which I should buy? Which one you use? Personally I am up to Selegiline, beacuse it will support my pituitary which is source of the problem.

Don't know much about Gerovital.

Would not recommend Selegiline. I've done a lot of reading on it and, when you dig beyond the initially positive reactions and anti-aging hype, there seems to be a definite long-term pathological effect on dopamine production that may not be easily remedied. Though, it's also hard to say how much of that anecdotal evidence comes from abusing higher doses. Maybe all, maybe none.

Check out this post I made on Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I've taken a lot of Nootropics and twice per day EEVO has had the best, most consistent effect on what feels like cortisol. It relaxes me in a way that feels like it lowers cortisol. I've taken toehr cortisol lowering supplements, but a sharp cortisol crash is no fun. EEVO is much smoother, but you have to remember to take it twice per day:
