Courting them (Im talking mostly about Ruski Princesses) all the time will just make them too spoiled, so that at
the normal next guy she will "expect" to be pampered with expensive presents or michelin dinner
etc. even as early as the first date, are you f. kidding?
Lets all stop this madness. You dont need to come to Eastern Europe to find a
golddigger. There are plenty of them in the US

I'm always skeptical of any survey that asks women about their dating preferences, instead of observing their actions.

It's like if you surveyed women, and asked them, "Who would you rather date - a nice guy or a bad boy?", well ...

A lot of Russian girls seem to end up with Russian men. Either after having a foreign boyfriend or even foreign husband. Russia is a romantic country, really, mainly because of they haven't been bombarded by social engineering ideas such as feminism, it has nothing to do with the whole gender unbalance. A theory which gets thrown around a lot.

However a lot of foreign guys usually go for the wrong types of Russian women or perhaps they turn them into the wrong type. By carrying over traits from the Anglosphere countries. What I mean is that they don't have their guard up and get taken for a ride, just like they would do back home.

I figured I'd give an update on my 2 days in Russia so far from a slightly older (late 30s) guys perspective This is my second trip to Moscow in 2 years, my first trip was full of lows & highs, though probably more lows as I ended up getting attached to a local girl (see thread here) and didn't go out as much as I wanted.

So far day-game has been fruitful, met 4 girls, 2 at Gorky Park and 2 by Tverskaya Street. First one ended up as insta-date going from Gorky to Red October Island (Strelka). Followed up by a quick coffee date and tour next day. So literally batting 2/2 though nothing really ended up happening other than contact info for both sets. One approach line was asking if the girls knew "where the tennis courts were", another ones were if they have a light for a smoke. Typical indirect-game.

Night-game in Moscow stinks if it's not the weekend. Saturday night I ended up going out with a fellow RooshV member to a couple bars, one called Barbados. Here we approached a group of 4 girls (2 good looking, 2 average) with my wing and they ended pulling us to an after-hours bar. In Moscow one thing you notice is that certain groups of girls will not leave a place no matter what until at least 5 am as only then the metro opens. I thought we were both pretty boring and due to high alcohol prices and lack of a buzz can't say we entertained them much BUT if they insist on sticking around it could be a good idea to try to pull them to an after-party at your place if it's close to the metro. Unfortunately my wing was not feeling the place and left a little early so I was "stuck" entertaining the 4-set for around 2 hours by myself. Got 3/4 digits and may follow-up later this week though lack of time will be a problem as always.

Sunday night was miserable as I went out with the fellow member to a few bars around the area of Kuznetskiy Most Metro. Only Cuba Libre and Coyote Ugly seemed to be somewhat lively so we called it a night. I am looking forward to going out possibly Tuesday night as it can't get any worse than a Sunday night in Moscow. If last year is any indication Club Garage may have a good crowd tomorrow.

Btw, today I discovered "Чистые пруды" (Clean Ponds). Famous small park, with long narrow pedestrian boulevards surrounded by ponds. This is where the locals and especially families come to rest after their long day of work. It is certainly no Gorky Park as it's tiny in size but boy did it have a high amount of talent. May have to bring a book here later this week to "read".

Wow, 8100RU ($125/month) for gym membership? Those are some steep prices. $1,700/month is a good deal if you're inside the inner circle. Mine is $400 for a week for a large studio near Gorky Park.

Haven't gone out the last couple days in Moscow as I've been busy looking for work and playing in a tennis tournament but I have kept busy a bit by using tinder. It is funny to me how some guys change their location profile (spoof), match up with lot's of girls in city XYZ and say that the country/city is gonna be great for online game. Take it from me that is not always the case.

I have matched up with easily 100+ girls (lost count) on Tinder over the last week in Moscow and I was not swiping blindly. Out of those 30 removed me. I have contacted maybe 35 girls in total...usually using canned messages in Russian and just customizing them a bit based on each girls name or if they really stick out (8+). My profile is not bad looking and I have contacted them in English as well in case I see a girl stops biting in Russian. Out of those 40 girls I've contacted most have not removed me but I get a feeling that they are swamped with messages. Most of my messages are not read for a couple days. Once read these girls love to play messaging games and going for a number direct has proven difficult. Once a number is received even dragging it to other apps such as WhatsApp is not necessarily resulting in solid leads to go out A lot of girls here seem to just want validation/attention online.

After spending 4 days in Moscow now I will be resorting only to day-game/night-game. Online game, especially Tinder has proven to be a waste of time. I've spoken to another forum member who is here on the ground and he has said the same thing. It also does not seem to depend on age demographic as he is trying much younger girls while i'm aiming for 24-35 year olds. To be honest Vilnius & Kiev are way better for tinder in terms of solid responses.
