try toning down the porn first. If you try to quit cold turkey you will last like 1 day.

look at girls that aren't fully nude - could even try looking at pics of girls on FB or on photos from nightclubs.

after awhile you will realize that you could see these girls in real life if you just left your house, and that's when you'll quit.

another thing to try is making it impossible to j/o - move your computer to an area where other people are around and never take it to your room. try moving your router so that you can't get a signal in your room.

ive cut back on porn an fapping alot, it started when i participated in no fap november. i was introduced to porn at a super young age (found the dirty channels on the satellite) an it went from only watching playboy (no sex just naked chicks) that got old so i started watchin the channels with regular sex, that got old i started watching anal...ect an these days if theres not a donkey,a midget with a whip, an a tied up girl envolved im not interested...

(i exaggerated about the donkey, mainly throat bashing videos is what i was watching)

lol love the honesty. this was me too - super young age my boy had a bunch of videos. I really think porn is a way to control the masses. it's a huge industry supported by investments from the .01% (look it up).

what better way to control a population than to keep the virile males sedated and listless?

As a teen or early -mid 20's it's no problem knocking them out,your energy recovers super quick cause of the hormones flooding your blood.

Porn is definitely not natural. It provides way too much novelty. The brain isn't meant to have access to hundreds of girls at the click of a button.

Edit: The reason you should stop masturbating is because your neural pathways of "porn/masturbation/orgasm" become very tightly linked and connected after jerking it for X years (middle school!)

So when you masturbate, you're actually firing the synapses where your desire for porn lies.

By totally abstaining, you can quicken the detachment of masturbation/orgasm/porn and do the former without fault.

P.S. Cold showers have given me the most raging boners in my life, as well as turbo-boosting my sex drive. No way in hell that a cold shower stops it.

I've noticed that since I've been on break from school, I've been masturbating and fantasizing about some kinky shit. Why? Because at school I have a regular girl I bang and am content banging her once or twice a week. I don't even masturbate if I fucked her that week. Along with not having sex, I have so much free time on my hands from not being in school, that I tend to fantasize about sex or if I see a sexy pic of a girl then I pop a boner and need to fap. 1.) Have sex on the reg
2.) Install a program that blocks porn on your computer
3.) Don't take cold showers haha
4.) Masturbate all you want, but your desire to will likely be non existent if your having sex

I decided to go cold turkey on the porn and jerking until I bang a new girl. I can't watch tv without getting horny and wanting to wank. I did notice I have a ton of energy that I can't burn off no matter how hard I work out. The most difficult aspect of this challenge is not giving in because it's so easy to break down and jerk.
