I support such a ban, but with one caveat.
There needs to be some kind of due process before your name gets placed on those watchlists. It can't be arbitrary. An arbitrary deprivation of your rights was what the revolution was fought over.
I already knew they had nothing.
What I want to see, is what they are trying to hide about Hillary. I want to see the communications of the DNC leader.

It should be noted for the record that Trump's Atlanta rally of today was one of the handful of greatest Trump rallies -- I'd put it right up there with Costa Mesa and Warwick, RI. It was not quite as wildly comically inspired as Costa Mesa but it was even more moving is some ways. It was beautiful.
Trump spoke with great feeling about how he's extending his theme of Making America Great Again -- like he said, as we get older and wiser, we're adding. What he's adding is Making America Great Again for everyone -- and he talked again about the gays who were massacred by that monster and how we want to have a country which is great for everyone and where everyone is safe. He was totally focused and also relaxed throughout, he was never distracted by any bullshit or primary nonsense, and he was as sensible, lucid, interesting and funny about his themes -- especially our foreign relations and how other countries are not paying us enough for all that we do for them -- as one could possibly be.
There was a deep note of sweetness through it all -- which is really the main Trumpian note, the true ground note, and something that not one of the ghoulish writers or media cadres that covers him will ever, ever talk about. You saw Trump tonight and what you saw was a simple good man who wants to make things right for the country in some really direct commonsense ways, because he wants to give back to a country that has given him so much.
But like he himself said, it's not breaking through because the media is so, to use his understated word, "dishonest". In reality, the Year Zero cadres have quarantined his message with their terrible discipline, efficiency, and Khmer Rouge single-mindedness, and it's not breaking through; he is beloved by some but reviled by too many, now more than ever. Like he said in the rally, a little wistfully, some people love me but boy, some people really hate me.
It looks like Orlando will not be enough; it's already been effectively sorted by the YZ media machine. It may take 2 or 3 Orlandos to turn the tide and it's doubtful we'll get them before November. Of course there can be many other surprises along the way, especially having to do with the economy, so we'll see what happens.
In any case, a great and beautiful Trump rally which was a privilege to watch. Here it is, starting at 1:08:00.

Yeah, I'm in Communist China and have no access to the US media aside from checking the online sites of CNN etc and that is enough to give me the impression the media has clamped down ruthlessly. I can only imagine how all pervasive the Bolshevik narrative must be for those actually living the US and exposed to the full arsenal of propaganda control on television, press, and social media.
Let's not mince words here: the media is still nearly all powerful. Look at where we are today as a society. That in itself is proof enough of the media's power and ability to shape the public's perception of reality. Trump has come far, but we are only now beginning to witness the full display of the media's capacity to control the population. The Orlando attack, which should have been a slam dunk for Trump, has been completely subverted by the media. Can people see through it? I don't know. If the majority of the people were capable of independent thought, we wouldn't be here in the "current year." Just because you and I can see through it, and because you can find a few examples on reddit and online comments of people seeing through it, doesn't mean most of the nation's 320m people are seeing through it.
We will see though, although not until November. I think it's pretty obvious that we have officially entered the Event Horizon. I wouldn't put stock in any poll that is released by the media from here on out, as they will almost certainly start using poll releases as just another weapon in their mind control arsenal. The months ahead are going to be veritably apocalyptic for logic and common sense, so please view anything you hear on the media with the understanding that both you and the propaganda's creators know full well it's just propaganda. This will help us all maintain sanity in the coming months.

Indeed, it was one of Trump's best performances to date. The tone was exactly right. It wasn't a scripted speech strangely read, nor was it yelling hectic freestyling - this one was the in the tone that best captures the real Trump. In fact, I think these great speeches happen because he's just being his real self and not trying to perform. Nothing was forced. It was Trump simply at his authentic best. He is a real guy that cares, and you felt it.
Topic aside, there's a lot to learn here about how to write an extremely detailed datasheet.
On the other hand, it's also good if the datasheet contains accurate information. This datasheet reads like it was written by Dash Global.

While a direct interpretation of the constitution means restricting purchases based on lists is illegal, I think we have to be realistic.
Almost all the rights guaranteed by the constitution have been watered down or just plain ignored. The NSA makes thousands (millions?) of illegal searches every day. The police can come and tow your car off a public street, and then make you pay to get it back - which on the face of it, is completely fucking illegal (how can they take private property without evidence of a crime being committed, or without a judge/jury deciding it has been committed?)
If our country was in working order, I would argue that watch list restrictions are illegal. However, it seems like a relatively minor point considering how wrong everything in the country is going.
It's sad really: in an alternate reality where everything hasn't gone to shit, we would probably be arguing legal minutia like this (for example, what constitutes a well-armed militia). Instead, we have millions of people screaming for the government to take away our basic constitution right to bare arms at all.

Seems like we are in the doldrums now, the media has clamped down in a big way, and we just have to wait until the wheel turns a little more.
One thing is for sure though - if Trump loses, the anti-establishment right, will have gone from 3% of the people, the hardcore Alex Jones listeners if you will, to a solid 20-30% of the population. These people are awake and not going anywhere.
Further, to break from the apocalyptic predictions that are often flung around, history shows that in cases like this when there is an angry and stubborn minority of the population, the government is actually forced to take their wishes into account. There may well be a certain moderation on the part of a Hillary government, a backing off from things like gun control and an extreme progressive agenda. That wouldn't actually bring about the agenda that Trump supporters would like to see, but there could be a period of relative calm. I could see a pause in the degeneration rather than a reversal.
A recent example of what I'm talking about is what's happening in Europe with the migrants. Sweden is actually deporting about half of those who arrived last year, and new arrivals are low. 2016 is not 2015. Even the most loony leftists realised that the people (and the treasury) can only take so much. This can actually be dangerous on a multi-decade timescale, as it can allow the frog to boil slowly. But it may also be an opportunity.
That's no impartial confidential data sheet! It's a propaganda piece full of lies and half truths. Light on facts, heavy on opinion and speculation from the Democrat party perspective.
In fact, it is possible that the DNC computer was never hacked by the Russians or it it was they did not do it to get this "document".
Likely false flag, pretending that this is a sensitive leaked document to gain sensation, to give the document some "credence" the real purpose being to use it as a propaganda tool against Trump. Funny how they accuse Trump of lying when Hillary is the biggest liar in the race by far.

So, two things there:
(1) The conspiracy that certain Republicans (i.e. Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan) want to torpedo the party in the 2016 elections so they re-takeover for 2020 is really clear and the fact Mitt Romney said that crystallizes it more than ever.
(2) The Republican Party won't "stand" for anything after November. If Trump loses the party will be on its knees either getting their throat slit and/or fucked in the ass. This is the inflection point... there won't be a party if Trump doesn't win. They don't see it and/or care.
