While it may be the strongest anti-Trump argument she has, on the other hand, calling into attention her experience (her tenure as SoS and the chaos and destruction that ensued) and contrasting it with Trump's anti-interventionist platform raises its own set of issues for her.

Anyone with half a brain understands that Trump's America first anti-new world order foreign policy is fantastic and any criticism coming from someone who armed and funded ISIS while destroying Libya and threatening to do the same to Syria is automatically discredited.

I just watched her robotic foreign policy speech. From the get-go I was beset by a mental repetition of Trump's 'NERVOUS WRECK' slur against Cruz. Her eyes darting around like a lost puppy, her demeanour reminiscent of 'please clap' Jeb. She took about 3 minutes before resorting to just listing Trump quotes, mostly taken out of context. She misrepresented his policies and sold herself on promises that her own history directly contradicts. She will get destroyed in debates so badly, I wouldn't be surprised to see a temper tantrum at some point. She is so completely unprepared for Trump, there is no more apt summation of Clinton's campaign than the 'but it's my turn!!!' meme.

I'm convinced now that we are witnessing the death of an era.

Yeah, I'm sure you're probably right about her only receiving a slap on the wrist -- if she even gets in trouble at all. No doubt she has powerful enemies but those are outweighed by the huge number of self interested powerful people she has on her side.

She's a team player at the end of the day and that's what the establishment wants in a candidate. They need someone who will enact the will of their agenda whether it be political, military, or business. Who knows at this point. I'd say it's a coin toss with every intention to rig it towards Hillary.

Trump is butting up right against the establishment and powerful overseas enemies too with financial interests in the U.S.

Even the previously establishment Republicans who have turned around to support him can't be entirely trusted. Trump is a master of media though so maybe at the end of the day he will lift up enough rocks to expose the worms and parasites so much that the will of the people will overcome that.

I'm still very pessimistic about this whole election and I don't even think the U.S. is really a democracy at this point either. It's more or less an oligarchy with elected representatives of the elite.

I'm not surprised by Freeman's opinion on Hillary. Hollywood is a cesspool of leftism and the majority of actors are SJWs. Just look at George Clooney and Angelina Jolie for example. It would actually be surprising if Freeman had opposite views on the matter.
