I'm not saying white women can't as my mother kept her looks until almost 45, but she didn't drink, smoke, party, and got married at 21 then promptly had me. Good luck finding that anywhere these days with an attractive white woman.

As a man, our dick can crave what isn't around. For example, living in a predominantly white region, one can develop a desire for black girls, lots of guys can get “yellow fever" if you aren't around many Asian girls. In all fairness, she's fighting an uphill battle. A lot of Chinese men assume that Western women are sluts and don't take them seriously. So she has the fight that perception.

We have to be careful with this line of thinking. Sure, in the countries most maligned on the forum (US, Canada, Australia, NZ), it's unreasonably difficult for a regular man to find a decent wife. But are these countries not paradises in just about every other way? They're among the most wealthy, educated, beautiful, wide open, clean, safe, free, and technologically advanced places on earth. Corruption is (relatively) low, and regard for human rights is high.

I just think we should be sure to count our blessings before assuming the grass is greener on the other side. Make sure you understand the tradeoffs of moving to Asia, and fully evaluate whether they're worth it.

I went to Vietnam with my girlfriend recently. She's a white Australian girl from an EE background, who is slender, dresses and acts feminine and traditional just like the local Vietnamese girls. She also wore a traditional Vietnamese dress. She got plenty of attention there, and if I weren't standing right by her side, older women would ask if she's single so they could introduce her to their sons. Same when she goes shopping at the Vietnamese markets in Australia. Upon knowing that she's with me (I'm from a Vietnamese background) they'd tell me to marry her asap. There are lots of Viet girls who like me, and she knows it (the local girls aren't shy), but she doesn't fear competitions from them, and she can compete easily.

If Western white women in Asia acted like her, they'd have no problem finding a good man for a serious relationship or marriage. I know lots of Vietnamese men who marry foreign women, but usually they are from EE or Latin America, with the occasional French. A few of my relatives do as well.

Instead, most Western white women there act masculine and entitled. While I was surprised to see a lot of in-shape WB Western white women there, when they stand next to the local Viet girls, they look and act so much more masculine. They are loud, talk with vocal fry or worse, wear pyjama pants everywhere, wear dirty shoes or flip flops, constantly look pissed off and act as if they own the place. The ones who travel with a boyfriend or husband would drag the poor fella around, talk back or walk in front of him like his boss. The local Viet girls are slender, smaller, wear nice pretty clothes, have long hair and always smile, and if they're with their man, they look submissive.

If you put those Western girls in Australia, they'd be among the top quality, and might even manage to look feminine, but in Vietnam, they are no competition to the Viet girls. Like that hamster who wrote the original article in this thread, if they can't compete against Shanghai women (who are well known for being bossy and not very feminine in Asia) they have no chance against Viet girls.

For all the shit people like to give many guy expats in China for being Losers Back Home, I've found that term to apply to a larger percentage of the women here. The Western girls here tend to be the ones you see out drinking at the same expat bars often, the ones who don't bother to learn the language, the ones who aren't here for any discernible reason other than experiencing their own "Eat, Pray, Love" quest in China. They come and party for a year before leaving, or they get stuck here and grow bitter and jaded. One such girl I met the second month in China. She was one of those smart ass girls who would always let you know how damn clever she was. That night she went on and on about Jack Kerouac's "On the Road" and how much the rest of us were all missing out because we'd never read it. I imagine she thinks she's experiencing some sort of Beatnik-inspired personal revelation out here in China, but in reality she's just getting pumped and dumped by foreign guys who could care less about her. I know two guys personally who've banged her and I'm sure I could have as well, but why bother even enabling this type of woman.

On the whole, the foreign girls here tend to be the mediocre leftovers from back home taking a gap year. I came from a college town before arriving in China, and there were plenty of beautiful girls there. Those girls didn't come to China. In the real world, you do your job and no one thanks you for it. You're there to earn money, not likes.

And now, here she is in the relay race, holding the anchor position, with age 25-30 being the last leg before she hits the wall--I mean finish line. With one last desperate gasp, she tried her luck in China. The ratios are soooo good for womyn, amirite?

Where she was, she was no big shakes. Sure, a female that won the gender lottery of life, but as we all know, that is 'not enough'. She didn't like the competition. I think the red pill sentiment is that these countries are excessively gynocentric (ie a bad place to be a man) precisely because they are wealthy, safe, and technologically advanced. This means that women no longer need men in the traditional sense, creating a dating market stacked against men.

You're right about tradeoffs though. It's completely up to the individual and his priorities. Personally I'm thinking my future isn't in Canada, where I've spent my entire life. As comfortable as it is, I'm basically wasting my life here. Maybe it's just me, but I see myself as having a lot more value than I get credit for (mainly talking women and employers, but also in the eyes of society in general). It's gynocentric as fuck here. To make it you need to be a girl, a happy blue pill-er/beta, or a legit alpha. There's not much room for anyone else, in business or in social settings.

Trump's popularity makes me think the US has some glimmer of hope.
