Funny anecdote - a friend of mine is taking part in a life military intelligence exercise for officers. Actually what you wrote shows that italy has still got some pride. Nobody that comes to italy makes more money than italians (especially in the south), both legally and illegally, who goes there is not welcome and is gonna live in worse conditions than the ones he used to live in his own country. Last night I went to Sofia's city center an hour early for meeting friends at a club (I wanted to use the last public transportation available so as to not spend money for a cab) and in that hour I decided to walk around the area of the city center where it is known that pseudorefugees staying in Sofia (probably 500-1000 people, though they don't stay here for long as they try to escape to the West via people smugglers).
While walking around, I saw almost exclusively males. I think roughly 2/3rds of them were pseudorefugees. The area has a somehow different 'vibe' than 2 years ago (when I think was the last time I went there). In some parts of it, a heavy smell of urine was noticeable.
I walked both on the main boulevard (Maria Louisa) where there are known to gather and on some 'deserted' nearby small streets. I did not really feel threatened at any point but I guess it would be different for a woman (or a smaller, less I-don't-give-a-fuck guy).
Apparently, the ones here have enough of their own money (the state does not give them anything here) to pay their rent (though I guess they live in a shitty, overcrowded hostels) and go to Internet cafes.

I did not see any suspicious behavior except one pseudorefugee trying to chat (in Arabic) with two relatively young girls. One of the girls was a local gypsy, the other looked white Bulgarian to me (though she appeared to be listening to what he was saying in arabic, in my opinion understanding it, so she might have been (part) arab).

Since he did not seem to threaten or annoy them, I just observed them for a while and was on my path.

All in all, I think I'm gonna avoid this area for now (I don't have any particular reason to go there anyway). While I was there, I actually wanted one of those scumbags to give me a reason to beat him up. And the last thing I need right now is to find myself in a middle of a knife fight or troubles with the police.

A RVF member become a billionaire, buys a big pacific island and creates his mini country. He starts inviting like-minded men from the forum and the Manosphere, who share his Red Pill values, the Western perception of a secular, scientific (old-school, not agenda- and money-driven), strong, but positive system.
The city-state grows. More men and feminine women are invited. BUT as prospective members grow, they are tested and assessed initially and even later on. Re: your economic examples. I am not going to provide a detailed response. It doesn't appear that you've read history regarding Weimar or Jackson, so I assume your other examples are just as ignorant. Weimar was forced to pay enormous reparations. Jackson-era banking was done on the state level. It wasn't "interest-free" money. Jackson eliminated the debt by federal asset sales to the private sector, creating a huge land speculation bubble. As for your scenario: you recognize that it must be defended, maintained, managed, and cultivated. If you are calling that "utopia," you may want to use a different word. Utopia: an imagined place or state of things in which everything is perfect.
