A girl I used to hook up with in college routinely scammed her father into overpaying her tuition checks to the school. I was going to hammer the girl pretty hard based on the pic until I saw the rest of the pictures where she actually seemed to be enjoying her time with him, exotic locale notwithstanding. Even so, if the first picture of the two together doesn't speak a thousand words I don't know what does. You see these types on so many instagram accounts you'd think the guys would wise up. She's a waitress, probably an aspiring actress, in a video starring her ass - complete with several crotch shots. The video itself has the production value of a higher-end sorority rush video.

Upon looking closely at the Instagram I'm doubting this as well.

It appears they recently took a trip to Maui as well. They linked a snorkel charter company that they probably worked something out with. The girl is also wearing a bikini and although it doesn't say the label anywhere, those companies pay girls just like this to wear their shit, or at least send them lots of freebies.

There is also some drone shots, and those companies do a lot of product placement.

I have a feeling these folks are fishing for views to make a little money. It looks like their doing a good job.

Man, talk about a blown opportunity. This guy fucked up.

If he just made a video looking a bit more alpha (more James Bond-ish and less suck up boyfriend vibe), didn't mention the financial aid non-sense, and toned down the blatant ass shots (via more out of focus/long distance shots; so you know he is still with a hot bitch), he could have had a awesome pre-selection/social proof tool for future bangs.

Have to agree that this is just viral attention whoring for internet fame/talk show appearances/whatever..The girl will benefit from this attention way more. She's probably already boosted her instagram count by a few thousand additional followers and maybe even attracted the attention of a dubai sheik or two.

$2500 for 10 days is 250 a day which is quite a bit for SEA. It looks like they mostly did the standard tourist thing with tuk tuks, package resorts, waterfalls, booze, and street food. Guessing they were getting ripped off left and right too if they spent the max.

No way that includes airfare either so if he bought a plane ticket for her too and including airfare for both it was probably more like $5,000 total for this little excursion.

That and the fact they've only been a couple for 2 months - I wouldn't buy anything for a girl within the first year or so of dating except maybe a Birthday or Christmas card, let alone blow $2,500 on a trip.

He's 22, in college, and takes his attractive girlfriend on a 10 day trip to Thailand to drink, play, and fuck. All I was doing with my student loan check at that age was buying beers and taking road trips around the east coast. Props to him for figuring out a way to maximize his given time and resources and do something most people are unwilling, unable, or afraid to do.

I made a lot of irresponsible financial and game decisions when I was in college, if running off to Thailand for a week with a hot chick had been one of them I would not regret it for a second.

I'll agree the social media attention whoring is a bit much, but that seems to be the world we live in now. If he/they turn this 15 minutes of fame into some sort of money making scheme to travel, similar to those sailing videos, then props to them.

Apart from the using financial aid money for all this, I have no problem with this dude. At 22 he is doing well for himself (well, compared to the average chode anyway) and unless you are a solid man, you would definitely want to show that piece of ass of that girlfriend off.
