The other night I was hanging out with a friend from college that I hadn't seen in about 5 years. We were pretty good friends in college, but that's where it ended, I slept with several of her friends and she dated a couple of mine. Pretty fair trade-off, and in that spirit my 'intention' was to hook her up with one of my friends.

So my buddy had been texting and calling me excessively that day and the day before, making sure that plans were on with this girl. He was all about banging my friend, but kept asking me why I didn't want to since he thought she was hot. I repeatedly explained, that's not the type of friendship I have with her and that it was cool. I was a little annoyed, but figured he'd relax once he got out there. Meanwhile, I knew I could try to pick up some slut at whatever dive bar we ended up at.

My chick friend and I decided I should come out a little earlier than my buddy, since she'd never met him after all, and we should catch up. I get to her place and she looks pretty good, in fact she looks like she's dropped her freshman 15 or whatever it is these days and my dick instantly chimes in telling me, "Maybe we should've fucked her ourselves?" But I go back to the whole 'friend' thing, and try to dismiss my penis as we go off to the bar.

Now my idiot buddy is taking his sweet time, for someone that was so fixated with banging this chick, you'd think he would've been there at least fashionably late, but we're looking at 2 hours or more now. She wants to smoke, and I want to go to a trashier bar so I can start looking for a slut. So, we make a move.

We're in the car and she says to me, "You're so different now, you're so cocky." I just give her a look that says, 'ok, your point?' and she continues, "I mean it's not a bad thing." Now I hadn't been trying to game her or anything, at least not intentionally, but it was about this time I realized I have changed a lot in the past 5 years and my whole vibe is better. I am also better at reading signals now, and this was definitely her saying she'd fuck me.

We head in the bar, and my buddy finally calls me up, mind you it's about 1am at this point, and he's completely wasted trying to find this bar. I figure there's no way he's coming out, but give him directions anyway. Now the alcohol and weed unite with my penis to finally cave in and make a few moves at my friend to see how she responds. She's extremely receptive. By this time it was so late that I gave up on my friend ever showing and say fuck it, I guess I'll just have to bang her myself. And that's what I did. So much for the ladder theory, eh?

I blame my friend for not showing up, and continually asking me why I didn't want to bang her myself. His reverse psychology trick worked brilliantly. This is great though, as obviously none of the girls I've banged since getting into game knew me before, and for an old friend to pick up on how different I am means I'm doing something right. The only shitty part is now I wonder just how many more girls I would've banged in college had I studied game back then.

It's great to see the change. Good for you. I love the bolded part because I stumbled upon this not long ago. When I can convince myself that "I can do better" with a girl in question and that "maybe I can fix her up with someone else"...I'm definitely not caring about the outcome of the situation.
