This is something I've been thinking about recently, and I've racked my brain, but I still can't think of anything that Hillary can point to and say, "I did that." She's always just kind of "there" talking her political game, but never seems to actually do any work.

To contrast, Obama has health-care reform and killing Bin Laden. Kerry negotiated a deal with Iran. Bush invaded Iraq. McCain reformed campaign finances. Bill Clinton has NAFTA and the assault-weapons ban. Romney reformed health care in Massachusetts. Cruz constantly sponsors legislation against Obamacare. Rubio has immigration reform. Sanders has been consistent in his advocacy of democratic socialism going back to even being arrested at a protest in 1963. Trump rebuilt the Wollman Rink in Central Park.

These are all things I can name off the top of my head. Whether these accomplishments are good or bad isn't the point; at least it's something. But I can't come up with anything for Hillary.

So what has Hillary actually accomplished? Surely there must be something from the past 25 years, right?

Every time I've tried to read Clinton's email I find it massively disappointing. Anything that might be remotely interesting is censored.

Only thing I really remember was an exchange between Hillary and Huma Abedin about behavior of men on her staff. I don't remember if the word "misogyny" was used but that was the general tone. It's the [current_year] kind of shit.

Why would Black men vote for an old White woman? Because she's a democrat? Why would they vote for old Jewish Sanders either, for that matter? Because they promise lots of free things? A huge chunk of Black men believe all candidates, including Trump, are full of it, so they aren't going to vote.

Black native born US men also appear angry about illegal immigration.

Trump's latest numbers show him polling consistently > 10% of the Black American vote - he's been as low as 11% and as high as 20% (although the vast majority of those numbers are male voters, not female - nothing appears to shake the females' near 100% devotion to the Democrats).

That's way more than the 9% "W" got in 2000, the 4% McCain got in 2008 and the 6% Romney got in 2012. ("W" got 11% in 2004, a sign of his across the board improvement from his first election).

If they show up, Trump makes huge inroads. If they stay home, at least they won't be voting for Clinton.

It's been discussed before. If you tell people a lie, and you are steadfast in sticking to your lie, and you keep repeating the lie, people will accept and embrace the lie.

For years, Bill Clinton was lauded by black media as the "first black president" of the US. When you tell people that shit over and over and over again, they accept it as fact. The Clintons had black America on lock down from the time he left office.

As for Sanders, they really don't vote for him too much.
