Of course there shouldn't be courts or a justice system. Not even amendments because a Constitution shouldn't exist in the first place.

EVIDENCE! EVIDENCE! Why is that important? We got all the evidence we need. Eye witness testimony from only the victim several years later that said she tried to forget it but remembers every detail with perfect precision without writing it down. Doesn't matter that most likely she messes up words to her songs at concerts that she rehearses over and over again. Also, clearly she has a motive to make a false rape claim but that doesn't matter either.

Story has more holes than swiss cheese.

- Why wasn't a criminal case persued? You think Sony wants to deal with a rape trail dragged on with them looming bad? NO. Dude didn't get booked due to lack of evidence.

- Why can't she be a "role model" and walk away. Every contract has a out. Though it might be painful and expensive you can usually find a way to break it if you pay. If she is spinning this as some moral nonsense why dis she not just break her contact and pay the penalties? A GOfundme would of raised the money in a week if she was dead serious in danger.

-Why does the dude files counter suit same day which smells like prior threats were made. She threatened him with extortion prior and dude tries to get ahead of the storm.

-Lastly, she isn't credible. A slore with a massive drug problem off and and and a reputation in the industry as being unprofessional and all over the place.

Just remember this is the stuff that gets women into action. When celebrities do anything women go crazy. Beyonce is MLK 2.0 when she has zero track record of being political within the black community. Her halftime show was the Montgomery march. Now Kesha is seen as some heroine who must be talking the truth. Even tbihhb if she happend was true and fact the man in question would be in handcuffs quick and everyone knows it. The fact that a man can stay employed in such a public setting while being a rape machine is lauhhable. Sony as many other corporations are ultra PC and would of cut the dude off in the quiet of the night if this were true.

Kesha just wants a pay day and a new deal. She wants Sony to null the contract and pay her, she wants a new label. She was stupid and likely signed a big term contract for a big lump sum advance not seeing the long term play.

From what I've gathered...

Ke$ha signed a crappy contract as a young musician. She wanted out of her contract, but it doesn't work like that. So she fabricated allegations of sexual assault to get out of it.

Sony even offered to accommodate her and switch to a different producer, but that wasn't good enough.

Notably, Ke$sha has one of the best attorneys in the country (Mark Geragos) and a female judge. The court still found that there wasn't enough evidence to invalidate the contract. That tells you something.
