She grew up in Alberta during the big oil boom but instead of getting a good job like a normal person she got strung out on dope and abandoned her kid to fuck off to Montreal, nice.
God damned them all, I was told we'd cruise the seas for American gold, we'd fire no guns-shed no tears, now I'm a broken man on a Halifax pier, the last of Barrett's privateers! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZIwzRkjn86w

Any direct evidence she left her own kid? It could be interpreted that she left her sibling.

Someone else recognized her and then contacted me. For all I know, it could be one of her friends that she had a falling out with.
I bet that is a rarity that this bag of nuts has falling outs with her "friends."
It seems like she is the sort of person that just has transitional, convenient friends. No one who is this crazy can have stable friends except the ones in her head.

Will you press charges? That seems like assault to me. I don't know the laws in Canada, but I'll bet if an average guy did that to her (or a guy), he'd be looking at an assault charge. SJW's are masters at baiting people, then claiming they were "threatened" or "abused". Isn't it time to fight back? Please encourage the police to take some sort of action and if they don't, please conduct a public awareness campaign, using that video, that the City of Montreal is selective in enforcing assault laws - and that threatens EVERYONE.

Then she would look like the victim of a right-wing hate groups. After all, all she did was throw beer, right?

Assault is assault. If the laws don't protect everyone, including people with currently unpopular views, they protect no one.
She had been fined up to $7,000 dollars by Montreal police a few years back. She had previously sued them in 2013:
Quote:Katie Nelson is a twenty-one year old Anarcho-Syndicalist, insurrectionist, and anti-fascist, organizing against neo-nazism and combating Police repression. She was raised on the Mexican Border in Texas, moved back to Alberta at eight years old, and last year moved to Montreal to support the student strike and never left. To date she has racked up almost $6,000 in fines, almost all to do with peaceful participation in protests.
This one article she wrote about herself is pretty wild:
Quote:I have lived an amazing twenty-one years. It truly has been out of the ordinary, one hell of a ride on a road that has never been straight. For those of you who don't know, I am five years clean and sober. I am an ex-addict, and entered drug treatment at a very young age. Shortly after finishing that I became homeless, and was homeless for a year before transitioning into my own apartment at sixteen. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to travel the world, meet amazingly different and diverse people, work in amazing places and organize with incredible causes. In all of that, I have been human. I have hurt and have been hurt, I have loved and have been loved, I have ran until I couldn't breathe and I have screamed until I couldn't speak. I have lived.
To be honest, I am not sure how I am alive to see my twenty-first birthday; whether it be alive after having flash-bang grenades thrown at me, or alive from not killing myself... I am not sure how I am alive. All of this said, this past year has been one of the hardest times of my life. From seriously pissing off Nazis, to fighting cops, to getting into relationships with abusive piece-of-shit boyfriends to having to leave behind one of the most amazing children I have ever met. This year has been one of the most challenging times I have ever endured. And to be honest, it was last night that I realized really the odds we are up against, the reasons we fight and the encompassing suffering that is happening across the world.
Edit: She sure was into Roosh for those two weeks in August. Her Twitter timeline (screenshot here) had close to 70 tweets and retweets about Roosh in a very short period of time. She even screen-grabbed the forum, showing a post by rudebwoy.
I've noticed the most narcissistic white girls always have the most dramatic life stories.
It's always full of plotlines, ups and downs, rape, physical abuse from boyfriends, dramatic reversal of fortunes, and above all that a cheesy "overcoming and fulfilling destiny" theme. It's essentially star wars with drugs, a pop soundtrack, and dumb people with shitty tattoos.
It's always revealing their entire autobiography comes from their own mouth and maybe the mouths of a few orbiters or "besties" who pump them up for their own reasons too. It's never from independently verified sources or real achievements.
It's always a princess overcoming all odds type stuff. It's third rate fantasy material every. fucking. time.
I've also never seen a young homeless white girl. Ever. This is from years of living in a shit neighborhood in a major metropolitan area. I'm convinced this does not exist. I've seen women like this make truly abhorrent decisions shacking up with losers and felons but I would not classify that as "homeless." I'm guessing her life situation fit exactly into what we've all seen before. Young women who have lived actual shitty lives have a certain look about them and a perspective that you know is for real when you hear them talk. You can't fake the premature aging stress lines around the face, actual scars, or the tone when talking about these things

Yep. It is usually white chicks. Not sure why. It's just the way things are. Black girls get big butts; White girls manufacture drama issues.

Well, if you look at who has the easiest first 30 years of their lives it is an attractive white women. When life isn't challenging they just go find trouble.

Not a terrible idea, forgetting the fact that she is probably judgment-proof in the sense that she wouldn't have sufficient assets to satisfy any judgment Roosh might win.
Under common law, the two torts that could come into play are assault and/or battery. Assault is the threat of bodily harm that causes a person to reasonably fear for his safety. Battery is the offensive touching of another person.
Tort law textbooks are filled with some pretty colorful cases as to what constitutes assault and battery. An attempt to hit a person with an object is frequently considered an assault--even if the person misses her target. Some courts have held that battery can consist of trivial incidents such as spitting on a person or knocking the hat off of his head.
And yes, some courts have held that sloshing a drink into the face of a person is an assault and battery.

You are correct in your description of what the torts of assault and battery are, but suing a broke person or a worse than broke person for anything is a huge waste of time. 99% of the world has nothing and I'm pretty sure a girl who has nothing better to do than pour beer on and yell obsenities at a stranger isn't in the good 1%. You would be surprised at how few people understand that concept when they ask me if they could sue someone.
