Seriously, this kind of disingenuous argument to which I am responding feels so amateurish, so adolescent, so willingly blind, and it is so ubiquitous right now among the people whose political opinions normally align with mine, that I am feeling downright alienated from my own people.

The other comments are full of incredible hamstering and rationalisation, constantly trying to say that the poor rapefugees shouldn't be singled out because the evil white man rapes too.

There's even one comment that criticises western culture because "pinching a random women in her back was totally acceptable behaviour until very recently".

It is looking more and more like the left is jumping its own shark. In fact, it's beginning to look like what liberalism really means: decayed culture bemoaning itself to be submissive to one more powerful.

We're probably going to start seeing a lot of former liberals converting if this whole argument of forgiving rapefugees continues over the rights of women and gays. It seems the left will sacrifice them on the mantel of liberal degeneracy.

It all really gained steam with the rise of the hipster as a "cool" lifestyle type. I graduated highschool in 06, between freshman year and graduation I saw the decline of the "freak/goth" and the rise of the hipster.

Weak people saw a path to acceptance without having to do any real work, they could finally be the cool kids. These are people who prior to this opportunity, would go through life being laughed at, bullied, and having their voice rarely heard. For lazy effeminate men, it was mainly a chance to get girls without having to prove their masculinity. For girls, it was a chance to escape responsibility and brush away any judgement.

As time goes on and people see an easy route in life that appears to be full of pleasure, more and more choose that route, and eventually it becomes mainstream leading to the modern day Williamsburg etc. It has grown completely out of control now as we have given these people the main stage.

Trump is one way for us to take it back but honestly these people wont go quietly, we need (and will get) the continued destruction of progressive Europe to serve as a wake up call. Words aren't enough, these people are detached from reality, no longer afraid of the possibility of violence, and violence it will be.

Besides, we cannot deport the gypsies to anywhere as they have been here for at least 200+ years. In the current political climate at least, this is not possible.

I want to comment on your last statement which I actually agree with but want to say that this is just what happens. This is just how the paradigm shifts. Look at how many americans reacted to 9/11, Indians were getting harassed/beaten up in the streets.

Reading this thread has been my favorite form of self inflicted pain for quite some time now.
