They typically try to relocate refugees into areas that are similar to their previous locations. My city is one. I have no clue how the fuck Maine or Wisconsin is considered similar in nature to Somali....

Because they bring their cuisine with them. Somali food is actually pretty good. When it comes down to it, multiculturalism is a fine dining experience.

No. The US Govt resettles refugees in places like Maine, Wisconsin, and North Dakota because its cheaper. Its usually small towns or abandoned suburbs.

It's not just Somalis. You got refugees from South Sudan, Iraq, and Burma, etc resettled across the country by the govt.

The way settlement works is usually refugees are granted asylum by the state department first. Then a state senator is lobbied to allow them into a particular state. Then the governor gives the greenlight and the city is chosen.

Back in the day refugees were just stuffed into project housing in the hood. As you can imagine that did not end well.

They can choose to move if they want but most stay in the area since options are limited. I rarely hear about Somali refugees misbehaving though but I don't know much about this group.

This incident proves that Africans really hate fags/homosexuality.

I know a lot of African immigrants who became naturalized citizens. They are hardworking, religious, upstanding people for the most part.

But one thing they all have in common is they are absolutely disgusted by fags.

The whole basis of Western religion imposed on Africa was that one should live a 'normal' healthy life. A man should have one wife and raise kids and love thy neighbour etc. Perversion between two men or animals was never a part of it. I don't think so. Africa has many religions and strong cultural practices: Islam, Christianity, indigenous tribal beliefs, pagan practices, polygamy, mob justice, etc.

At the end of the day, White colonizers didn't teach them to hate fags. They were already thought like that before Europeans came and after Europeans left.

Bobb, Africans don't hate fags. They just don't hold them in any glowing light. By and large, they see the behaviour as an abnormality, similar to a man who is a middle aged bachelor and has no kids, partner/wife(s) and no intent or desire on getting them.

I associate this with the religion taught because you have a pretty strong anti homosexual stance in Jamaica, a country which per capita, has the most Christian churches in the world. The Jamaicans use the faith as backing for their feeling on this. Who were the Jamaicans before the colonizers?

The reason they put them in these places is twofold.
1. Many places are off the beaten path. Towns that don't appear on the news that often. This allows them to dump large numbers in semi remote locations with minimal people taking notice.

2. It's similar to the Mariel Cubans of the early 80s. Remember what Castro said when they emptied their prisons and sent them all here? "Cuba is flushing it's toilet on America." In this case, it's flushing the toilet of Africa on American "Whitopia."
