Yeah, I have to say, importance doesn't really do it for me at all. I tried to entertain the idea for a second, but nothing budged.

What I do get some seriously intense ego gratification out of is having the hottest woman in a place on my arm. I've always loved that feeling. So if a bird is important in the sense that she's plastered across the TV not just because she's talented but because she's drop dead gorgeous and now most straight guys in the world would give a right nut to fuck her, sure, that that kind of importance would thrill me.

Because she's hot, yeah, but if I were to be honest about the underlying emotions, it's more because of how it reflects on me than anything.

Beyond that, I'd take the unimportant stunner over the fuckable CEO, senator, or celeb any day of the week.

I've been with powerful business women types before and I've seen 2 types. Type 1s are independent and a bit masculine but they will often show you glimpses of their feminine/ vulnerable side. Because they are independent they make great FBs. But because they are usually a bit masculine, I'm not a fan for a LTRs. Type 2s are deep down very feminine and will become extremely submissive behind closed doors, I'm talking crawling on the floor begging to please you submissive. They are possibly good for LTRs but there is also a lot of drama potential. At least you won't end up supporting them when the relationship ends though.

When I used celebrities as an example in my opening post, that was a sort-of exaggeration to the subject matter. Most men will never find themselves in a situation where banging a mainstream celeb is close to possible. Celebrities are, as you said, on a completely different level compared to more common types of important women, such as CEOs, which I wanted to be the main focus.

But even if we scratch out celebs from our discussion, you're right in saying that this is still a broad category that needs specific attention based on which type of woman you're gaming. For example, three of my four examples that I used. The leader of a campus committee. A principal. A senator. You would game them differently.

But for most of them, I can see how a strong initial emotional connection is important, as you said. Most attractive women get a lot of attention as it is. Think Tinder, for example. There are, by default, more men than women trying to play the field. That means there are more women with over-inflated egos because of how many matches and messages they get. This only increases as the woman is more important. Dudes will put their pussy on a pedestal and treat them like queens. The emotional connection helps you stand out. It's also important to treat them normally and not bend over backwards for them which also helps you stand out, although this makes it next to impossible to put your foot in the door since other guys giving them attention will overshadow you and make you nonexistent.

Now that I think about it, a lot of what some of you guys were saying seems to be true: An unimportant beauty > An important beauty. Too much work all for just a fun night, a good story, and close to zero chance of a good LTR. (Too much baggage, over-inflated egos increase the chance of cheating and an unbalanced relationship, etc.)
