He hits the mark, especially with the fact that she's 29 and unmarried. Major red flag, especially for a Mexicana.
I had not seen OP previous posts where three months prior to now asking about how to build a foundation, he asks about getting a visa for her per her discussions here and asks if over 25 is passed over here.
OP take your right hand, now slap your right cheek, and wake up quick.
This has all been carefully designed by your little virgin.
Well, the 25+ Mexican women thread had a lot of positive responses stating that it's very common and not necessarily a bad sign if a woman over 25 is still single. But of course, silly me, all females are cock carouselers, right?
And my post about visas was my thinking ahead by my own choice, she knew/knows hardly anything about the process when I mentioned it to her (hence, my thread inquiring), let alone pressured me about a spouse visa. She only has talked about how she could come to the USA on her tourist visa for a while to get to know me more, and then decide if we want to go further on to a serious commitment.
And again, she has not loved me/lured me in, in fact our first meeting in person was a little awkward and she almost ended the interaction between us afterwards since she "wasn't sure of me". Later, she sent me a text one day asking "I feel you differently, do you want to know me more or just cancel everything?". She told me multiple times, even after meeting my family, that she would understand and break it off with me if my family did not approve. "If you're parents don't approve, at least we can go on with our lives less complicated by this." Are these the words of a subtle seducer/scammer just looking for a green card?
You guys are going off on wild-eyed speculation about a situation that you have no in-person account of. If you have any logical, specific pointers of how to weed out a scammer, I'm all ears. Otherwise, enough with the rabid parroting of coolisms.

I've avoided posting here even though I have experiences like offthereservation. It seems that you're not looking for any logical, specific pointers of how to find out if she is a scammer. I've had friends talk exactly like you. I've learned to just let them do what they want. Life is a great teacher that way.
I hope you come back here in a couple of years to share your experiences with others, good or bad. But don't get too frustrated when someone responds just like you are now when you try to pass your experience on to them.

The solution could be more experience and a greater abundance of women. This reminds me of one of the Heartiste's commandments.
Quote:X. Ignore her beauty
The man who trains his mind to subdue the reward centers of his brain when reflecting upon a beautiful female face will magically transform his interactions with women. His apprehension and self-consciousness will melt away, paving the path for more honest and self-possessed interactions with the objects of his desire. This is one reason why the greatest lotharios drown in more love than they can handle — through positive experiences with so many beautiful women they lose their awe of beauty and, in turn, their powerlessness under its spell. It will help you acquire the right frame of mind to stop using the words hot, cute, gorgeous, or beautiful to describe girls who turn you on. Instead, say to yourself “she’s interesting” or “she might be worth getting to know”. Never compliment a girl on her looks, especially not a girl you aren’t fucking. Turn off that part of your brain that wants to put them on pedestals. Further advanced training to reach this state of unawed Zen transcendence is to sleep with many MANY attractive women (try to avoid sleeping with a lot of ugly women if you don’t want to regress). Soon, a Jedi lover you will be.

RE: Building a foundation with a foreign woman
We're in a relationship, we've found a pathway to spend a lot more time together in each other's cities. After finishing classes, she spent January-February in my area on her Tourist Visa with a friend/colleague of her Dad's that he went to theology school with while doing his doctorate. Really nice people, I'm visiting them again this weekend for dinner. Her parents have always been missionaries, her Dad is an author and gives classes at church and missionary organizations in the USA, Mexico, Guatemala, etc. I've seen his credentials. The Fonda is another project for them, like most missionaries, they have had to work various day jobs and side businesses to support themselves. She rarely mentions it to me and hasn't tried to involve me in it. We're communicating and visiting each other, I'm building the connection and vetting her inside-out to see if I want to make a bigger commitment with her. She's been patient and positive, albeit a little naïve at times. She's working on a senior university project, my Spanish is getting better and I'm planning to visit her again for several days in a few weeks and we're also planning to meet in Texas, spend some time with her brother and a few of her old American friends.
Anyways, I don't want to go into more detail, it's my and her personal lives. This thread ran it's course a while ago and seriously got way off topic.
