I am just curious if anyone on the forum is from one of these countries, what is the logic if any? I mean I get it, these countries seem a bit more civilized than the ones you are fleeing from, so just come and prey on their kindness I guess.

I've heard it reported over the last couple days that Sweden (Sweden of all places!) is going to close it's borders to refugees and asylum seekers.
Is this genuine? What are the likely effects to be?

A report from the BKA, the federal police commission, about the crimes of refugees.

34 % of crimes are related to money issues and faking documents and so on. Also using public transport without a ticket.
33 % of crimes are thefts
16 % of the crimes are violate related. Fights and so on.
0,1 % of cases are sexual related cases

Most of those crimes are commit by people from Kosovo, Serbia and Macedonian. Almost never from real refugees from Syria and Iraq.

Compare to an other report, that only 10 % of those people commit crimes, I believe those numbers. German neighbourhoods did not turn into a outlaw territory. The negative effects will show up more long term, when 90 % of those people have no direct future to get a job and will live from social welfare up to the next 15 years. Then the issues get problematic.

I literally just said that in the Paris attack thread, that's exactly what I was thinking.

I have been following this thread very closely on a daily basis, ever since it started. When I saw the first "migrant crisis in calais" headline blaring from the TV screen in my office (always switched onto the BBC, I work in media...), I knew in my gut a big one was coming. That this was an epochal moment, which will merit it's own chapter in history books written for our grandchildren (whether as a moment of glory or of great peril will depend on who the winner(s) will turn out to be).

And I was in Europe, in the pulsing heart of the beast itself, able to fully witness this! What a stroke of fortune to be able to see world-history being made, in front of my very eyes...

A few casual suggestions for my European cousins from an internet stranger who is friendly towards the neomasculine ethos. Despite that this will be familiar to a lot of you, I will post it regardless, because considering how ignored these basics are among almost all men I meet, I am sure it will still be useful to the newbies, especially those who first arrived here just to read this thread...:

1. Get big - Become as fit as possible, with emphasis on explosive strength and endurance. This will buy you out of a lot of hassle (trust me, I have been both small and big and the difference in the way people treat you is staggering. I will not elaborate on this as those who've made the transition will be able to vouch for this, and those who haven't should stop mentally masturbating and just do it and find out for themselves). This is not an indemnity against danger but will tilt the balance greatly in your favour when it comes to protecting your person and those who you love.

2. Learn to be comfortable without comforts - I think that the standard of living that was expected by our fathers for themselves can no longer be expected by us for ourselves (I'm referring to those aged 35 and younger). By "expected" I mean that living standard you could reasonably predict for yourself assuming that you played by the rules and were moderately successful at the "game" (school, university, social skills, work ethic, etc.). Some things will become cheaper and faster (noticeably entertainment, travel and other "non-tangible" goods which can be mass-produced and revolve around distraction for most people) but the things that really matter, such as spacious and salubrious living spaces, locomotion, nourishing&fresh food, valuable education, taxation, will all become much more burdensome.
In light of this, learning to "forget" about material comforts, distractions and indulgements, and instead to focus on life more as a project of constant self-improvement, is warranted. I am not recommending poverty, but rather taking a spiritual approach to the accumulation of wealth, a path which starts by learning to not depend on creature comforts for self-esteem, status and motivation. In the end, this just seems like the right thing to do because too many of our fathers allowed their addiction to comfort to make them soft, which in turn enabled the atrocious degradation we have seen on every level in the West in the past 40 years. This is, in a way, a necessary correction on a mass scale.

3. Educate yourself in the classics - The more things change, the more they stay the same. There is nothing new under the sun.

I have found that studying the classics was the best thing I ever did in terms of sharpening my perceptions and my ability to detect bullshit, particularly in the realm of ideas, values and morals. Especially in today's media-saturated world, a man who is reasonably well-versed in the classics will find that he will be much more impervious to brainwashing than a man who hasn't. Considering the utterly disgraceful and suicidal nature of propaganda in the West, this is an utterly worthy use of your time.

4. Consider leaving the West - easier said for me perhaps considering that I am SouthAmerican (Euro descent but still, do not consider myself European, just white hispanic, like my username). I do not think this is "betrayal", because I do not think that it is wise to stay on a sinking ship, and I do think that Europe is in a very advanced state of decay and it behooves no serious man to play the martyr. If you leave and manage to build out communities in other countries, communities which are heavily-Euro flavoured (which is STILL entirely possible), you will actually be doing more to preserve your culture and people than if you stayed in Europe, which has by now become utterly toxic and inimical to everything is good, strong, proud, capable AND European. In other words, the cards are stacked against men of your persuasion in Europe, whereas in the rest of the world, Europeans are still very highly regarded, as long as you're not Beta (if you are, you might as well stay in Europe)

5. Cultivate a positive mindframe - Hope, faith, self-confidence, indifference to the petty, love, gratitude, self-assertion, perspective, joy - these emotions are tonic, vitalise, open up the mind and the spirit to the best of what is within us. Also, their lack brings about spiritual malaise and illness, which will taint all of your efforts and will be like trying to run a marathon with concrete in your shoes. Life is already full of obstacles and difficulties regardless of your mindframe, so learn to not allow things which ARE within your control to make them harder and cause you to fall short of your goals.

6. Spell out a Personal Constitution, and FOCUS on it - "Personal Constitution" is a corny word, but I don't care - Write out in a series of bullet point what your main beliefs are, what your objectives are, and what your principles are. Reread and revise until you are happy with it. Then, use this as a litmus test whenever you are pressed with a conundrum. This is in effect another version of "What would Jesus do?", but instead your asking yourself "What would I do if I was at my most relaxed, composed and in-tune with my needs?". Goes without saying that this is not meant to replace asking God for guidance (note for the asses, as Nietzsche said).

You can even consider revising it every 2 years, to account for evolutions and new learnings in your life, although I would advise against doing it more frequently than that as the purpose of it will be lost (namely, generating a solid framework to help with making fast and self-congruent decisions, which in turn translates into better long-term movements and increased pride, confidence and self-knowledge. If you revise it too often, you will end up as adrift as if you hadn't done it as you will not allow the "string" of a simple, singular identity to run through all your actions and direct you more strongly and effectively towards your goals).
