Have you ever tried shipping your HCG from an U.S. pharmacy to Colombia? Any restrictions on that? (by restrictions I mean things like pharmacy ships within U.S. only... Colombia customs not letting it through... etc)

@Cleanslate-- No I have not tried but am weary to ship anything to Colombia, usually gets hung up in Customs for months, or you will need to pay for a carrier like FEDEX which is very cost prohibitive. I will know more about this on my next consult with my Doc....my hopes are he can ship to a friend in Florida who can then bring to me in Colombia....I traveled with all my gear in carry on and had no issues from USA or Colombian officials at the airport.

@Drubber....yes it's a game changer....I already feel lucky to live and work abroad....but going home to USA and seeing some of my friends that have just let themselves go physically is just sad and not necessary.....yes I am also using Hydroxy 3 CC's per week...

Pretty bummed, actually. I've had chronic fatigue symptoms for 3ish years and I was really hoping that this would be the problem so that I could fix it.

Gonna go back and have full blood work done. Iron, vitamin d etc. Already did my thyroid and it came back normal they said, but I'll get the actual levels from that and do my own research.

Why are you bummed? The results tell you nothing. Do a whole hormone profile.

I'm bummed because after feeling like shit for years I was hoping to finally have an answer.

I have a doctor appointment in a month, closest date they have available, and then hopefully I will have a full hormone panel done as well as anything else I can talk them into.

Rio, I had a drop dead flu when I was thirty that gave me chronic fatigue. I have been dealing with it for over fifteen years now and have found many things that have worked and many that haven't. I will try and get some time to write them up and post. You can PM me and I'll give you the gist of it. Sometimes I feel like a million bucks. Had to quit drinking. I do get my T tested occasionally, myself through Direct Labs and getting my T up a couple hundred has helped for sure.

RE: TESTOSTERONE injections
I found this deal on Groupon in NYC, $25 for one testosterone- and PSA-level screening. Ageless Men's Health.

https://www.groupon.com/deals/ageless-men-s-health-5

Not a lot of info about the test, how comprehensive it is. Also, haven't found any credible online reviews of this clinic. Has anybody heard of it?

If you're genetically predisposed, then yes, it will accelerate hair loss.

If you're not, it will have zero effect on your hair.

Does anyone know why testosterone injections shrink your balls, make you unable to get hard, and decrease semen volume?

Isn't testo supposed to do the opposite?

Wtf

You need to do more research. Testosterone shrinks your balls because your body signals the testes to stop producing sperm and testosterone. So basically, your balls take a break, and lose the volume you had when they were full of sperm.

Don't know where you read that test makes you unable to get hard, I've been on it for about 3 months now with no issues getting an erection.

Edit: Ha, guy got banned literally right after I posted a response.

There are literally hundreds of posts in the Forum now about what "testo" does. Too funny.

Serious question: Once you're on testosterone long enough for your natural production to shut down, lifting weights/doing exercise shouldn't have any effect on your libido should it? Your balls aren't making any T, so I don't see how it could.

Test is safe, the biggest problem is guys that don't want to come off.

Listen to Rich Piana, he gives you honest answers.

Like everything else it should be done in moderation, so if you are on for month or two. Take a few months off to let your body heal.

It isn't any different than binge drinking, I know people who drank heavy when they were young. Now their liver is shot and they have all kinds of problems.

Are you talking TRT doses or bodybuilder doses? I don't see the point of coming off if you had low T before, and now, for example, you're on 150 mg per week of Test Cyp.

Also, why would your body need to heal? What damage does testosterone do to it?

You are adding a foreign compound to your body, no matter what this is un-natural.

You are screwing the natural chemistry in your body.

If you do the right exercises and eat the right foods, you can easily raise the testosterone in your body naturally.

I am by no means trying to start a anti-steroid argument, I take Susanton once a year.

Rudebwoy, please tell us more about the dosage and duration of the Sustanon cycle you do. Just so we are all on the same page, are you using Sustanon 250 or something different?

Also, what are the quantitative and/or qualitative differences on how much a man can raise his Testosterone naturally, as opposed to supplementing with injections?

RE: TESTOSTERONE injections
Yes Sustanon 250, I usually run it for 6 weeks to 2 months. Dose is 1.5 to 2 cc max.

High intensity workouts will increase your Test levels. Strong leg workouts will do the same.

I make green shakes in the morning, don't know if this raises your Test. I can tell you if I add celery it makes a difference to my libido.

I am in my late 40s and I don't take Viagra.

I limit the drinking to social events and I don't smoke(anything).

RE: TESTOSTERONE injections
Got my results. My test is up which is weird.

Serum Globulin = 27 g/l
Serum Urea Level = 3.37 mmol/L
Serum Total Protein = 73g/l
Serum Sodium = 139 mmol/L
Serum creatine = 106 umol/L
Serum bilirubin level = 30 umol/L
Serum alanine amino transferase = 11 IU/L
Serum Alkaline Phosphatase = 73 IU/L
Serum Albumin = 46 g/l
Serum TSH Level = 0.99 MU/L
Serum Prolactin = 150 mU/L
Serum FSH level = 1.3 IU/L
Serum Testosterone = 13.9 nmol/L
Total Vitamin D = 29 nmol/L

I've been prescribed vitamin D and have been referred to a urologist.

So my test went from 9.5 to 13.9.

Not really sure how to interpret these results.

RE: TESTOSTERONE injections
13.9 nmol/L is 401 ng/dl, here's a conversion tool you can use:

https://www.nebido.com/tools/index.php/e...rsion-tool

So you went from 273 to 401. Although that's a good increase, you're still low. But forget your labs for a moment... think about your symptoms, how do you feel now? Have you been improving your lifestyle habits lately? Sleeping better? Libido?

I haven't done anything different. I still have the same symptoms as well. What's the deal with my FSH level? The scale starts from 1.4-18. Mine is 1.3?

@Bambi

I don't know what your ancestral lineage looks like, but make sure to test your vitamin D levels again after a month.

I erroneously thought that taking 10,000IUs of D3 per day was the right thing to do.

But when I tested again my levels were way out of range at 93 or so, which is too high.

I'm Ukrainian so it stands to reason my body probably produces and stores D3 more aggressively than say, a Pacific islander.

You want to be right around 70.

Did they test your LH too? If both LH and FSH are low, and your testosterone are also low, this means your pituitary gland isn't functioning optimally.

The way this works is (this is an oversimplification) your pituitary releases LH and FSH into your bloodstream, and these are pituitary hormones that basically prompt your testicles to produce testosterone and sperm.

If your testosterone levels are high, the high levels of testosterone tells your pituitary to slow down on LH and FSH production, as if the testicles are telling the pituitary gland "we have enough testosterone so scale back on the LH and FSH." When your testosterone levels fall lower, your pituitary gland kicks in by producing more LH and FSH to spur more testosterone production. They balance each other into an equilibrium.

However, if your pituitary doesn't pull its own weight and release enough LH and FSH, your testosterone levels will remain low. This is known as secondary hypogonadism. Primary hypogonadism is the failure of testicles to produce enough testosterone, whereas "secondary" means that your testicles are not the problem, but rather your pituitary.

So if your labs show low LH, FSH, and low testosterone, you may have secondary hypogonadism. This means you may be able to "restart" your HPTA system by taking clomid or nolvadex for a maximum of 2 months, with a 1 month taper. If that doesn't work, then you need to look for other root causes (like addressing low Vitamin D). Then maybe consider TRT if you cannot find any other root causes.

Talk to your doctor.

Well, your Vitamin D is on the low side. Take 10,000 IU of Vit. D daily for 30 days then get another test done.
