Hi guys, this is my first post on this forum, and as the title says, I'm flying to Guadalajara, Mexico on the 1st of October. I've been to Mexico before but only to Ciudad Juarez, and I found that place to be rather disappointing, which I'll explain in a different thread. So I decided to go deeper into Mexico to really get away from the American influence, and I picked Guadalajara because it's in the central part of Mexico. From what I've heard, there seems to be a surplus of women in Guadalajara. Many go to college, have jobs, or run businesses, but they're still feminine unlike their American counterparts who are brainwashed with feminism. Plus, I heard there were far fewer fatties in Guadalajara compared to Ciudad Juarez, so getting at least 6 or 7 should be a lot easier. I'm into the mestiza types, and do they make up a majority of the girls in Guadalajara?

Also, I'm checking out the small town of Tequila an hour west of Guadalajara, and if time permits, I'll check out other cities in Jalisco.

How long will you stay in GDL? What's your goal there?

I mean, maybe there is a surplus of women, but you'll still require tight game to score a girlfriend or harem.

Jalisco has some of the finest talent in Mexico. Fromy experience in work travels, pipelining is rather useful. From a couple years back, crime rates have increased. Kidnappings are more common nowadays, that in turn makes girls more 'desconfiadas' (untrusting) so you may find them to be harder to open through cold approach.

I'm planning on being there for almost the entire month of October. And how are bitch shields right now? Are they just as high as in the Anglosphere? Do the girls now have a fear that every male stranger is a potential criminal/creep? Is Guadalajara just as cliquish as the US? And is it also in danger of being just as dangerous as Ciudad Juarez was from 2008-2011?

I lived in Guadalajara this year from January to May, and to be honest, it's hard. I had virtually no success with Tinder or online dating in general, I went out daygaming a ton with some RVF guys around Chapultepec and Centro, with minimal success.

The statement about desconfianza is true, I've never had so many girls who were nearly shaking or nervous when I approached in the day looking dressed up and nice.

I also experienced absurd amounts of flaking here, I'd say 95% of the numbers I got went nowhere, and of that 95% probably 35% agreed to a meetup and flaked.

My spanish is pretty decent, if you don't know any Spanish I'd honestly say just cancel your trip and go to Mexico City, it's more liberal there and more girls speak English.

I don't mean to sound negative, but the truth is I didn't enjoy myself very much in Guadalajara, to me the people were overall too distrusting of foreigners and it really shows when interacting with the women.

From now until then, I'd highly recommend pipelining if you can, but more than that be ready to put in some serious work if you want to land some hot girls here.

Edit: If you're living anywhere near Chapultepec, it's not dangerous at all. During the day there are cops on every corner, and I've walked around late at night many times without issue. Also, Guadalajara is fairly cliquish, I did minimal night game, but the few times I went to a club with friends the locals were in tight knit groups and didn't really mingle.

Girls are sweet. No bitch shields. Never had any problem with potencial creep thing. I didnt see kidnapping thing to be an issue either....if you meet at a nice public place and are american, this shouldnt be an issue.

Girls rarely go out there social circle. So sometimes approachs will get you some confused looks and you will get tons of flaking. Stick with indirect game here. The biggest problem I had was the conservative nature of the girls. Just getting them back to my place after 2 dates was tough. Also, For example, met two girls who were 26, 27 who were virgins.

Guadalajara is very safe. I read the paper everyday...most of the violence doesnt take place anywhere close to where you will be hanging. Stay out of the south part of the city. Parts of the north arent good either but you should be ok during the day. Uber is widely available and cheap. Use it.

I agree with all this. One other thing and I don't remember if I or other posters have said this is that the streets in Guadalajara are extremely confusing. If you are familiar with South Jersey, you probably have driven through those traffic circles were multiple busy roads come together and you can really mess yourself up if you don't know which way you are going. Those circles are all over Guadalajara and can cause you to get really lost, possibly even with a G.P.S. It's a walkable city, but very easy to get lost in. O.P., if you don't like mestizas, why are you even thinking about Mexico?

Ahh circles. ..Google doesnt have mexico perfectly mapped.....addresses are off in gdl too. A street might have something like this 5600, 5800, 5700, 5900...in that order

If I had spent a month or more there, I'm sure I would be able to find my way around perfectly, but in just a week, those circles were pretty challenging.

You go by landmarks and intersections in Mexico.

Such as Avenida Chapultepec esquina con Insurgentes Sur (Chapultepec Avenue at/on the corner of Insurgentes Sur)

or

En Avenida Chapultepec a dos cuadras norte del Liverpool (on Chapultepec Av, two blocks north from Liverpool)

or

En Chapultepec, en/cerca del Chedraui (The Chedraui on/near Chapultepec.)

Check out Lola Lolita, i met girls two times there that led to bangs.
Mexican girls in general are pretty conservative, but in GDL, they are even more conservative. Pretty girls there, almost on level with paisas.

Lolas is the best choice on a Wed, plus its american style bar game, but some of the groups were closed off....On other nights though, I agree w Merenguero, there is better quality to be had.

Though, I didnt pull once at night in gdl, only online and 1 day. So dont listen to me

I'd say that Mexico is second only to Argentina in terms of difficulty in Latin America. I'm getting about one to three notches per week when I go there. That is with putting approximately one hundred times the effort I put in in any other place.

Godzilla, I don't think you missed much by being in Guadalajara and not the Jersey Shore during Labor Day Weekend. The place was full of families and even the Eastern European exchange workers are starting to look bad.

I've been there both on Wednesday, and Saturday, and both nights had good quality, its just Wednesday was packed, and good ratios.

The hard time is often getting a date in the first place and/or avoiding being rejected. I've been doing this for over twenty years and my rejection rates everywhere besides Mexico are a joke. That's why when guys come on here raving about how easy it is, it doesn't make sense to me and I'm really sure the problem isn't me. I think what happens is that a lot of guys with little or no Latin American experience go to Mexico, get one, two, or even three notches in a week, and think it is really easy, because that is much better than they do in the United States.

I spent a month living in Guadalajara, and banged 5 girls. I went out 2 or 3 times a week, so that tells you it aint a cake walk. I also found online sites to suck for GDL.

I had a bad time in Mexico because I looked like your average Mexican ( Turks and Mexicans look quite similar) It's definitely not a good place to leverage your foreign factor if you don't look like a WASP or African American. I have it way easier in the states since there is no language barrier. Do not go to Mexico if you're Middle Eastern, Turkish, Latino.....

Yeah, it's hard for me to pull the foreigner card in Mexico since I do look Mexican (my parents are) but that's not a reason to not go there. Shit, my spanish and knowledge of the place are the things that get me laid there. As mentioned, not all girls speak good english so they feel more chill when they know I speak their language. I just tell them I'm Colombian or something else.

I approached but most girls couldn't speak English at the desired level. The only spanish word I know is adios amigos and I'm not even that sure if its Spanish.

It's not place where you can go for 2 weeks and clean up, you need to know the language or you're screwed. But yeah if you go for a couple of months and enroll in a Spanish language school then obviously you'll have a better chance. Mexican girls are amazing.

Haha sad you to hear about EE quality. Maybe its a sign of western culture spreading. I did well in Puerto Vallarta during labor day. 3 bangs (though one was terrible frankly, so Lets say 2) I think Roosh talked about in one article a while back. Im doing fine speaking in English with Mexican girls but while im speaking strictly spanish, I have major problems, I stuck to spanish strictly even with girls who knew English so I could learn. Keep in mind this is first time using the language in foreign country. Im sure I just didnt figure it out completely. Def go to DF or beaches for mexican girls. I agree the quality is lower overall but I think the top 5 to 10 percent is the same. And you guys know mexico has maybe one of the best top 5 percent ive ever seen.

Condesa has tons of english speakers too.

I did better in BA then Guadalajara (not df) actually though ID have to spend more time in BA. I think sometimes the excitement of being in a new country helps with bangs.
