Porn and porn magazines from the '70s and '80s were great because it was like getting to see the good-looking babysitter or the hot girl at the convenience store in the nude.

Why is porn so bad? In short, porn is a visual drug that overloads your brain with a massive volume of unearned sexual imagery it is not designed to handle. This results not only in increased consumption of pornography and masturbation, but also a likely increase in the deviant/fetish content of the pornography viewed as well. And porn is an unearned pleasure because watching pornography is free and easy. Your brain was not designed to have such ease of access to thousands of naked, horny young women. You're supposed to have to work for the reward of even seeing a single woman naked and horny. "But scorpion", you say, "we have the internet now, why not take advantage of this technology if it increases our pleasure? What's the harm?" The harm is that there is no such thing as a free lunch. Stop watching porn entirely. There is no healthy amount of pornography to consume, and no reason to view it at all. There's really no need for men to be masturbating more than a couple times a week at most, though (especially if you are actively dating/gaming women as well). If you've cut out porn entirely and are still spanking it that much it's a sign you need to find other productive, creative avenues to channel your energy toward.

Not good when overdone when you've got hittable ass to connect with, but severe long streaks without pussy + no porn isn't good either. You need to exercise it to keep it active. Porn has it's place. Know when to use it.

It's very interesting to think about how porn has contributed to the rise of the Feminine Imperative.

I find myself withdrawing to porn at times, perhaps due to addiction; but I noticed that every time I watch it I feel a little empty and desolute afterwards.

I think it's still important to fap to keep your sex drive up, but limit your stimulation to naked pictures or non-nude videos.

I have mixed thoughts about this.

When you're just starting out and you have a lot of approach anxiety and probably fapping every day, it's absolutely vital to cut porn out of your life, and if you can do it for a month you'll be well on your way.

When you're a bit more established and you've been in the game for a bit and your anxiety is manageable and you're used to talking to girls and escalating, it might not be so terrible. I recall Troy Francis at ROK wrote numerous times about how watching porn gets you to objectify girls and that's what you need to do in your game. Not sure how much I agree with him. I've found that porn once in a while doesn't really cut into my drive in any way.

But if you're watching porn a lot, you need to stop, especially when you're starting out. Not debatable.

After listening to it about 10 months ago shortly after it came out, I got so scared that I turned a fortnightly porn habit into zero, haven't looked at it even once since then.
