This is pretty typical. When some people, especially white people, hear allegations of racism, the first thing they do is blame the messenger for doing XYZ instead of condemning the racist person.

Personally, I feel that there's a 'barbaric' element roaming around the streets of Romania. Think about it: A Black man in a nightclub suffers a fatal beatdown by a young, wannabe gangsta thug because he wanted to dance with the punk's g.f. It may very well be an isolated incident...but, it should never have happened. Never should have happened. How can anyone think that that is anything but primative, barbaric behaviour???

No doubt that parts of the US are as backwards as eastern Europe, but EE is at a whole different level overall. It may be one of the more primitive backwards places in the world. Even if you go to an isolated Chinese village where they have never seen a black person and have lots of racist thoughts, they would not act violent. EE has a unique blend of racism, ignorance, and violent tendencies.

As for this isolated incident in Romania,,, had he been a non-black basketball player it would have made no news... victims are victims.... irregardless of race.... Society in the west and the news,, like to use these isolated incidents.... White farmers in Zimbabwe are getting killed or getting kicked off their lands for being white.... Does this make the news as much as this incident???

Point is,,, all these isolated incidents get taken out of proportion when you put race into it... i.e. black b ball player, white farmer.... A farmer, a b ball player should be used... a death is a death.. blood is blood...
