Yes, I understand it is against the forum rules to discuss action with minors, even if the age of consent can be lower in some - actually, most - countries. I also understand, in Russia most high schoolers graduate at around the age of 17. Also in the US? In Europe, it is usually 18.

That's why I highlighted the two words I highlighted; though I am not sure about the exact age of graduation in all affected countries, and how similar or different is the celebration of graduating from college/uni.

Don't graduation days and celebrations look similar in a whole lot of countries? Here in Bulgaria the graduating teens drive around in cars with balloons and there's a lot of music, shouting and drinking. And if you go downtown you'll see them stumbling around there partying all day and night.

So from my observations the two and a half years I've been living in Bulgaria, virtually the same procedure as on my high school graduation day in Denmark a couple of decades ago (minus the cars, we rode around in horse carriages or on the back of trucks visiting the parents and families throughout the day).
