There is an android app out there that disables paywalls in other apps. You can't find it on Google Play, only get a APK online, and the phone has to be rooted. Ideally, you should be able to use all paid apps/features for free. In practice, I couldn't get it to work.

I tried it, though not with Tinder, and it screwed up some settings in my phone. Tinder wouldn't even start after I installed the app. I uninstalled it, but even then Tinder wouldn't start. I had to re-install Google Play and and get rid of the app. I'm not going to advertise it here, because it does more harm than good to the Android phone user, but if somebody knows a similar but reliable/safe app that does the same thing specifically for Tinder, it may be the way to use premium features for free.

I'll post the following just so it's in this topic, but to get emojis to show up on Bluestacks, one has to first install an emoji keyboard app. After that, go to Settings--->Change Keyboard Settings---->Defualt-----Hardware. Switch to "Off" at Hardware and you should have the virtual keyboard appear whenever you want to type a message into Tinder, as well as the ability to switch to emojis. I needed them yesterday and it took me a while to figure that out.

The League sounds a bit boring. Sort of like a Match.com or Let's Meet. I'd like to hear some reports from it if anyone here decides to give it a shot. I'm a college graduate in __ __ with a linkedin lol.

I've had to stop swiping on Tinder for the past week or so. For some reason the number of matches I've been getting recently has exploded so now I have 197 matches (after unmatching the ugo's) who I haven't even hit up.
I don't know what's caused this as I haven't changed anything about my profile.

But I figure I should make a dent in this 197 before I add more.

I'm always 5 minutes from the deletion writing off Tinder as a dumb waste of time then I get pussy from it. I guess I'll keep it until this cycle starts again.

A theory about cross-continent pipelining, albeit based on an initial and relatively quick sample: if, due to timezones, you're too busy at work to chat up your Tinder leads (or too busy at work posting to forums), don't chat them up in the first place. Just leave them matched and don't chat with them.

I think I made the mistake of opening a few that didn't obviously speak English with "Do you speak English?", only to likely come off as too aloof for Poland when I took about a day to even look back, when they responded in an hour or so.

What you may be seeing is a lesser extent of Roosh's "go where you don't look like a local" tip. As an African-American you're more "local" in ATL than SF. Hope you get out there!

For those of you who are using Tinder Plus - can girls see that you enabled your passport function and in fact are swiping from a different location? If so, did anybody experience a decline of matches as a result of this (ie are women inclined to swipe left if they see you are using passport)?

I believe they can, which is bullshit. I've seen women use it, as it would show where they are swiping from. After using it this month, I don't really see any reason to stick with it long term.

What does everyone think of creating a database whereby we can critique the photos we use for Tinder?

While there may be a slight degree of location-specificity in terms of optimal pics, I've found that my returns on the quality and nature of photos I've been using have been far from satisfactory.
I've followed the advice on this thread and elsewhere throughout the forum -- especially by kaotic and BlurredSevens -- but reckon that a third-party's opinion might really go a long way.

Part of the issue may have been Tinder reaching critical mass over the past year, such that photos have may have seen you getting a reasonable number of matches back in 2013-14 are simply not cutting it.

Relative to my looks, dress and lifestyle, I really think I've yet to hit my potential on this app.

Alright so I am using bluestacks and fake gps. Someone on reddit said I needed to leave it on to maintain the spoofed location. But as I understand it, I am limited in how many likes I can swipe a day right? But if you go tinderplus you get unlimited plus location changes, right?

Just seems tinder is better than Badoo and Mamba.

I am wondering if I just pay the money and save the headaches and then I can use my phone.

Edit: Weird - looks like though the fake gps was done on bluestacks it looks like my phone is getting matches from the fake gps. Is that right? Others have the same experience?

How would you recommend going about that then? You could share in the thread, but it might get cluttered. Anyway I think it's a decent idea and I wouldn't mind contributing.
