For guys with money and power, paying for them to leave is very much worth it.

That fact that Charlie Sheen had to give a taped deposition, and negotiate immunity from prosecution, goes against that. In his case it may have helped his career but in general having to publicly testify about using prostitutes dozens of times is bad for your image. Guys with money and power like to keep their image intact. But I do agree that sometimes getting a girl to leave is the hardest part.
