In theory that's a great idea, but I run into the issue of implementing these ideas all the time. There's a couple important components that need to be sorted before we can create this kind of rankings.

• What attributes determine "hostility to justice and the rights of the accused"?
• How to do we measure it?
• How do we get the data?


The simplest method, is raw count of due process allegations and final ruling. And I did some searching and apparently the MRA's have already done a lot of the leg work here. I'm not sure it includes all cases and there's some subjective bias about which cases are considered due process violations but it seems reasonably up to date. From there it is a pretty straight forward tabulation.

The other potential metric is the Federal Title 9 violation investigations. I can't seem to find the number of investigations, it might be possible to get report from the government here http://www.ed.gov/news/press-releases/us...tigations. Another method is to put up a twitter hashtag tracker for false rape and count college mentions. I already have a twitter tracker up for other stuff so that wouldn't be hard to modify. But there is a lot of data cleaning work needed to get all the permutations of college names. Though i found a few good lists for informal college names. The other problem is that there are limits on the amount of tweets you can receive under the free streaming api, 1k per a minute. If we get a really big tweet spike, tweets might go missing. The full pipe or even 10% tweet pipe gets pretty expensive pretty fast ($2k something).

The most difficult method would be to track all the court cases. There are fees to get those cases. Recap manages to host a good amount of them for free but the search function is shit. https://www.recapthelaw.org/ Or if someone had access to one of those law search sites, that could potentially be viable too but those are not cheap either.

Finally, unless we want to go with only one metric, after compiling all the data, we would need to create weights for the rankings. Not that hard, just basically think about what would the percentage breakdown would be.

I think this is the big issue. As it stands, there is no incentive NOT to make a false accusation. You get seen as a victim whether you're right or wrong, and if you're wrong- you will face no consequences and still be hailed a survivor.

I think this year is the last straw though. 2016 I predict will be the year courts/justice say, "Enough!"

An accused student may hire an attorney, but that attorney cannot say anything during the hearing. An accused student may receive a campus "adviser" who "is not an advocate for the student." Meanwhile, the accuser's adviser is absolutely their advocate.

For Doe, his "adviser" was an administrator who lacked tenure and was trained in "social justice education." Doe was not allowed to directly cross-examine his accuser and could only write down questions for the panel to ask her, leaving no room for follow-ups. The hearing panel, meanwhile, was made up of "student life officials" and another administrators trained in "social justice education" — none of whom had tenure.

The investigator of the sexual assault claim lacked the subpoena power to actually investigate. Had the investigator been able to properly investigate, they would have uncovered the text messages that proved there was no assault.

The case also shows how a male student can be accused of sexual assault even if the evidence suggests he might have been the one assaulted.

If there be any justice in the world. Then this woman should receive the same penalty for the crime she accuse that person of.

That's excessive. It should follow the law of 'attempt'. If she successfully had him convicted, and he later proves that she lied and that those lies lead to his conviction, she should be given a sentence comparable to that of rape.

If she merely succeeded in having him charged, and he proved her lies and that those lead to the charge, she should be given a sentence comparable to attempted rape.

If she merely accused him but failed to present enough evidence to have him charged, and he later proved her lies and that those were an attempt to have him falsely convicted of rape, she should receive a lesser sentence.

Pursuant to this, private prosecution should be brought back nationwide (I hear in the US they got rid of it).

I would like to think that boys and men would start waking up and refuse to go to college, especially colleges like this, but I doubt it will happen.

How many people look into stuff like this before going to a school. My guess is basically no one. If someone does, it is probably at the end of the list of what they are ranking their college choices on. Hell, I bet for most guys Football is more important.

I think the culture of College needs to be attacked generally and broadly. Both for the good of Men and Women.

When I think "college in America", I think of a place where women go to be ultra-sluts, to be brainwashed by various Leftist ideologies, waste time learning about useless crap, and start a 'career', and pile up debt, during their prime fertility years. It is the opposite of what a woman should be doing. I'd place 'women in colleges' as one of the biggest engines of the social malaise.

For men, college makes more sense, but only after having received independent market advice from a non-affiliated advisory firm, and having done their due diligence. The fact that college in America is associate more with the 'frat party' than 'actually learning useful stuff' is telling. That's an expensive party and a waste of your youthful energy.
