That you're thinking about trying this is also evidence that your game is weak. I've noticed that men with poor game but with some job status often get involved with lower ranking women on the job and I think it's because they don't how to approach women out in the world and these women are close by and already talking to them so the anxiety factor is lower. It also shows a lack of abundance mentality-you don't seem to realize there are thousands of women in your town you can try to bang with no risk of a sexual harassment lawsuit.

Start going out to bars and clubs more-they are full of girls who would love to meet a physician.

Healthcare is the most regulated field of work in USA, you don't want a chic complaining to HR or other authorities. Don't spit game at your place of work. period. You have position of power over those menial workers and can be used against you.

If you have time during your clinic, venture out to a building where you are not employed at and cold Approach a few girls with whom you have no position of power. If at a Univ Hospital employ Hospital Game.

Bonkers you are afraid to show a player vibe in a work setting, shows you give a Lot of Fucks, learn to not give a Fuck and I 'm not saying go grab a boob on some chic in your clinic but you can casually ask the coworkers for Lunch or Coffee and from there ask them to meet outside the clinic or Hospital, let's say drinks in the evening that is if you are hell bent on banging these CMA/CNA from your clinic.

Don't be afraid to display your player vibe, Girls dig Players/Bad Boys with Dark triad personalities and tell you that they hate players, you will eventually soften it so that your player vibe is subtle. I am also guessing you are going to play very indirectly but remember you have to Polarize them where they will either be Interested and go along or would simply say no. No problem next.

Go troll a friend's clinic and hit on his Nurses and Staff, No harm done. Go to a Local Health fair, Pussy Galore ....... but I am assuming your cold Approach Game is weak, If not what are you waiting for.
