I hardly can understand why all the world hysteria with Facebook.

Girls all over the world spend now way much more hours on Facebook
and their smartphones, attention whoring, than having sex with a man.

I want to have Facebook solely as a way to communicate
with people I know that use primarily Facebook instead of email.

But I do not want to spend a lot of hours designing a FB profile
that will get blocked and deleted again because
I travel, therefore I login each time with a new IP address.

It has to be some solutions

You don't need to spend hours designing a Facebook profile man.

Just fill in your name, take your best picture as your profile picture, fill in the info you want and then adjust the privacy settings so that people can only see what you want them to see.

Social media is a woman's beta male validation machine, so don't expect it to go away anytime soon.

I used to be an Instagram attention whore myself in my bluepill days , like most people my age , i then deleted Instagram and now i never add girls and my Facebook consists solely of family and one longtime childhood friend, thats it. It's locked down and when girls ask me for it i tell them this, it has never been a problem.

If anything it makes me more intriguing, interesting and mysterious.

Indeed. And as you drift further and further from your previous blue pill existence, it becomes increasingly more difficult to adsorb the herdlike thoughts of friends/acquaintances, particularly on social media, where all and sundry can chip in to reinforce the narrative.
Trying to gently awaken folks from their slumber is largely futile too and can be a frustrating experience, most people(I would say >90%) are just too indoctrinated by mainstream thinking.
They're happy with their surface level narrative and in a way, I can't blame them, they are for the most part, still decent people.
That's one of the aspects of the red pill that's been challenging for me, accepting that some people, many people in fact, from your blue pill days, will gradually get left behind, as you start to see the world with that new red pill awareness you've gained.

I read today that at least 3 well known bloggers
have been blocked out of their facebook and hotmail accounts while travelling,
and never managed to recover them back,
for the same "new IP" reason...

Anyone else who travels a lot, how do they solve this silly "Security method" that Facebook does
for everytime you login from new IP and it locks you out automatically of your own Facebook account?
