RE: RoK vs RvF posters
ROK has a few solid commentators, but there are many wild ones there. It's not so bad if you sort through the Best function, but if all those people would comment here, then it would become completely unmanageable. The sane guys would leave and the SJW/Stormfront/feminists/angry-bitter-men would remain.
I don't think that ROK can be moderated properly if the articles are viral - which is fine - you would have to hire people like on mainstream newspaper sites where sometimes the majority of comments are silently deleted. Many outlets have closed the comment sections because they simply lost all debates and the readers of articles were more swayed by intelligent comments than the crap that was written. Personally I don't think that it's overly necessary to censor everything on ROK.
ROK is the mainstream part of the RVF and it helps the Red Pill to become more viral. Even when SJW push a story to garner outrage, then sometimes Beta orbiters stuck in blue-ball-land might do more than be outraged. We have to remember that truth is on our side and they cannot win this thing via open debate.
I think that viral articles on ROK with thousands of enraged comments are helping the cause to reach more men and leave the Blue Pill world. They are just not overly useful to us here, but that's a different topic.

RE: RoK vs RvF posters
I have a strange contribution to this discussion, I have noticed comments on Mainstream sites(Slate, The Atlantic, ect.) becoming very Red Pill/Reality Based in recent months. Any article about women in STEM, females as primary earners, student loan crisis, decline of marriage, rape culture (you get the drift) the comments are the truth the article is the lie. Not trolls either people who are using their facebook accounts to log in and their real names are in play. The first time I really saw Red Pill truths dominate was on an article by a ex model on xo Jane called 30 is the new 50 about how a 38 year old architect choose a 23 year old over her 30 year old ass. THE COMMENTS WERE BRUTAL TO HER- I had never seen anything like it, more than 1500 comments demolishing her, her rationalization, and her comments about the 23 year old. I must say that this is happening more and more, go to Huff Po, Slate or any other liberal site and read the comments on any feminist article it is 70/30 red pill in our favor from real non troll accounts from Facebook. To be honest I think some red pill dudes infiltrated Slate 2 years ago because that link to 10 ugliest feminists that led me to RoK in the first place should not have been there, it just should not have been there, there is no computing algorithm that should have linked to RoK from a progressive site like Slate. I in all honesty I am pretty sure there are men out there in progressive circles who believe as we do, but play the progressive role to keep their jobs and every once in a while as an act of defiance they sneakily promote stuff like Rok then act like it was an accident, or a glitch in programming. I still look at Slate when I can stomach it, and there has never been a link to RoK since that fateful day in 2012. Just my two cents, but I never in a million years would have found out about any of this stuff had it not been for Slate, it was not even on my radar in the slightest.....

I noticed that too - Dailymail in the UK sometimes resembling ROK comments there despite the massive overflow of women and White Knights. The Red Pill is seeping into the subconsciousness of the male population slowly but surely.

This is a good point. I'm seeing this too. Of course, they will never (or rarely) give proper credit for where these ideas are coming from. But I'm convinced that manosphere and neomasculinity doctrines are seeping slowly but surely into the mainstream.
One of the purposes of Roosh's world tour is to remind the public of exactly this point. I think it's really important for us to circulate this article as much as possible.

My gut-o-meter says fat chance. :/
There's NEVER a crowd on the "Leading Edge" never.
so no. lol.
In 1776 there were a bunch of dudes who decided to go to war with Britain. That seems pretty leading edge albeit bloody.
Not really, I'm talking about way before it get to the point of violent revolution, hmm, I guess the best example would be the French Salons that solidified and fermented ideas that brought about the french revolution.. . .sure the revolution was a bust, giving rise to a dictator (Napoleon*) but the fact that ideas are discussed in a controlled environment that are a distinct departure from the thoughts that the "establishment" wants you to think and believe. Then to do so in a way that provides actual, working, reproduce-able solutions WITHOUT getting stuck in the perpetual complaining/anger phase. But instead being of the "This is how it is, how are YOU going to live YOUR life"
*P.S. even though Napoleon was a dictator and tried to take over the world he did bring about a set of rights and sense of nationality ideologies to Europe that started in those French Salons (and ironically became his undoing, as the europeans he counquered developed a sense of nationality that helped defeat Napoleon. . .along with him trying to take over Russia)

If you sort based on "Best", you'll get some solid comments, however.
Ironically enough, the "Happier abroad" site is a prime example of this, pretty much EVER post there are dudes who are CURRENTLY living abroad writing angry posts about something. . .its like. . ."yeah. . .you guys don't seem too "happy" abroad either."
A lot of guys take their baggage with them wherever they go. Instead of just dropping it and moving forward.

RE: RoK vs RvF posters
It's already been mentioned in one form or another above, but I'll chime in with my bit.
I just finished a class for my degree on industrial-level microeconomics. One of the concepts we learned about was the idea of product differentiation - creating products of different qualities in order to better target them to given classes of consumer in order to increase maximal firm utility.
It's a lot simpler than it sounds - think the difference between Ford and Lincoln, or a 10oz. prime-cut steak vs. McDonalds. Or even a 6.5/10 vs a 9/10.
The manosphere is no different.
We have the marquee product - RVF. Heavily moderated and edited content, finely machined for ensurance of maximal quality.
We also have the 'coarser' product, so to speak - ROK. Free-wheeling, unmoderated (comparatively) - the Wild West of the manosphere.
The low quality of contributions on ROK, comparatively speaking, is a feature, not a bug. By creating different manosphere 'products' we can offer choice to the 'consumers' on the Internet. Its greater potential for virality of content allows for us to spread the word faster whilst retaining another product (RVF) for a higher-quality, more intellectual product.
Simple microeconomics.

I know a lot of guys like this in real life, who honestly would be miserable anywhere in the world. They would be pissed in Russia, France, Spain ,Brazil pretty much anywhere you dropped them. Self improvement is hard work just to even really get started. It is a lot easier to be bitter and complain instead of working out, become interesting, get used to talking to and dealing with women, dealing with rejection (a fucking lot of rejection), and finally getting it all down into some second nature shit. It is also unlike most other things that are a pain in the ass to learn but have a set path and definable goals like engineering, math, medicine, or computer science. Persistence will get that other shit no problem but getting laid constantly kind of requires a little style,it is like sales some people are naturals, some pick it up fast, and some really got a work at it- but everyone can do it, and experience some success..... but everyone is different.

RE: RoK vs RvF posters
I always try meet RVF members for this very reason. The guys I've met off here have all been solid dudes. Some of them more quiet in real life than I thought, others completely blowing preconceptions I had of them out of the water, other staying so true to their forum personas it was like I was talking to them here except in real time, but all had been out doing something.
Another thing is they were all people I could have passed in the street and never given a thought too just another person whom outwardly resembles a functioning human being. A face in the crowd so to speak. Another footprint in the sand. I think the magic has been exploring the personas of the various people I've met.
I've said this multiple times either on individual or collective basis, but it's been a real pleasure guys. I don't regret having met or talked to any of you even that traitor of a kid McCoy.
Cheers and all the best for our futures,

I dont think this is any cause for celebration yet.
People’s comments on social issues on social media sites have absolutely nothing to do with their behavior patterns in life.
I know dudes who spit Redpill truths every time he talks, yet his behaviors are extremely betas and supplicant.
Its a sort of cognitive dissonance. Because they dont have the courage nor attitude to be Repill in real life, they try to vent on social media.
In my eyes thats no better than the beta guys who post « chivalry is dead » on Facebook for attention whoring. Its even worse because it reeks of hypocrisy. Mark Minter anyone ?
I also stop reading RoK for a while now except posts from Roosh, Troy Francis and a few solid members here. I’ve noticed a lot of the articles are becoming dilusional, impractical and extremely biased. Usually if there’s good stuff someone will put a link here on RVF so I dont miss out on anything
