Had it done as an adult for health / sexual comfort (had phimosis). was having sex comfortably except for a few times when it hurt, and i freaked out about it possibly ripping.

- dont feel difference in sensitivity
- looks slightly better I think, but never had bad reactions before operation either (Though i was embarrased about the phimosis)
- there are different methods / styles. mine is as minimal as possible (the procedure, not the d), still have the frenulum

I would say if you dont need it medically speaking, there is no point in doing it. You are not missing out on anything either way, so dont worry about it.

God/evolution/whatever made us with foreskins. There's no other part of a baby you cut off when it's born.

got circumcised as adult because of a bad phimosis, type A of the pic below, my foreskin wouldn't retract during erections and my gland became over-sensitive at touch.
If I had a son I wouldn't cut him, it should be a conscious choice for him.

question for the guys who had circumcision as an adult, how long until you could bang again? a week? a month? Ive had a tight foreskin and do stretching exercises, and even have a stretching kit but still think i could have better erections and better sex without the foreskin because of having a tight foreskin. While erect, I sometimes cant pull the foreskin back, usually I can, but sometimes I cant, in which case, I just throw the condom on without pulling the skin back and bang. it does increase the chances of the condom falling off, but my real concern is that I could be having better sex with a circumcision. but i don't want to go without sex for a month.

Something to bear in mind...

Circumcision removes around 2/3 of the skin on your shaft. That's a significant reduction in thickness.
I'm glad I'm uncircumcised just for that reason alone.

Also, the VAST majority of the world doesn't circumcise. So in my 3rd world playgrounds...it'd be strange walking around with a cut dick.

If it's any consolation, apparently your son is yet unborn so he probably won't have a sexual encounter until around 2032. Circumcision will most likely be the minority by then.

I am uncut and there's no way my son, if I ever have one is getting a circumcision unless he wants to get one himself later in his life as an adult.

It's a completely unnecessary surgery for 99% of males. The procedure inflicts a lot of pain on infants. Then you're left with less pleasure causing nerves in your penis from the part that was amputated, and without the foreskin to rub on your head during sex so reducing pleasure that way too.
