An Amazing Commercial Celebrating Masculinity

This is one of my favorite commercials of all time. Well worth a watch. I'll break it down.

Properly suited down- Masculine
Walking through the countryside with your best mates- Masculine
Drinking Irish whisky- Masculine
Acting like a wedding is a funeral- Masculine (and fucking funny)
Sitting in the rain suited down- Masculine
Supporting your best mates no matter what- Masculine
Splashing a bit of water into a drink from a hat brim- Masculine (and cool as hell)

I never saw this aired in the U.S. (go figure).

Might have to switch my brand of Irish Whiskey. This drink is not readily available in most bars I go to unfortunately. Can easily pick a bottle up from the supermarket though.

Tullamore Dew isn't a bad whiskey either....and what a world it is indeed where the only thing worth marketing to men is booze with which to drown their sorrows.

RE: An Amazing Commercial Celebrating Masculinity
I like those 2 commercial for different reasons:

Perhaps less Red Pill, but more of a seeker who rejects our modern paradigms looking for something more in life - restless soul.

Here the 12 min. short-film version of it:

And here a different kind of ad for Jaguar:

I like it for it's visual scenery and while it seems fem-centric what it was criticized instantly for was that it depicted beautiful women equal to beautiful cars in an objectified fashion - and of course they are - the lifestyle, the cars are equally followed by the 9s because we all know that pussy swims to the top.

The Whiskey commercials are still more male dominated due to at least some purchasing power still left in the hands of men. But even in the ad above you see the guys bowing down to the feminine imperative of a guy being married of in a hostile environment - also certainly in Blue Pill ignorance. The sadness of the vid is befitting the occasion.

The commercial inspired me to go out and buy a bottle. I'll support any company that can put out an ad like that. It's redpill to the core, even how the bubbly bride-to-be came out to find her man. Not bitching, but walked out in the rain, happy to see her man. It's a portrayal of how she not only accepts him, but his friends. In traditional relationships, women do this because when catastrophe hits, it's friends and family that must prop each other up.

I grew up in the Appalachian Highlands, where many Irishman settled. It is well recorded how adjoining farms had to lend a hand when the men were injured or killed. This was a crucial survival skill, and no one bitched. The commercial, to me, celebrates that.

Any good grain spirit, be it rye, bourbon, Irish whiskey, or Scotch, should be drunk neat on its own, but also with a little ice water swirled in. There are aromas and subtleties you only get with a little water mixed in, and is by no means a faux pas when enjoying high quality spirits.

Say that in the wrong bar in the southern US and you might get punched in the mouth.

It's pretty commonly drank with a little water, especially by older guys.

I feel that the Scotch demo dude from the video that Veloce posted is 100 times more masculine than any of the fags in that Tullamore Dew commercial. I like this guy a great deal.

There's 5 things you never get between with an Southern alpha male:(in no particular order)

1. His woman- This will get you shot. (unless he's tired of her)
2. His family- This will get you and shot twice. And your body won't be found.
3. His beliefs- This will get your ribs kicked in.
4. His castle- This will get you shot, then the cops might shoot you.
5. His whisky- This will get you monkey stomped. Just don't do it.

This is especially relevant in Texas.

I can only speak for myself, but I don't care what happens to my clothes. Clothes can be replaced. In the video, those men were living in the moment, and everything else was inconsequential. Women do care about what they wear.

I do like nice apparel, don't get me wrong, but many of my finest threads have been ruined from bike wrecks, bar fights, bitches stealing my shit, saving lives, (blood), ect. I never thought about how important those thread were in the moment. I just replaced them and moved on.

I think this is masculine thinking, as men should never covet material possessions, but I could be wrong.

Yep, I gave away all my belongings several times to move overseas. Worrying about your threads getting wet isn't what I would be worried about. Being in the moment, with your friends, would be my only concern. Those are the memories that will outlast any clothes.
