Seriously, the crowd seemed very uncomfortable and her voice was quivering because she could sense they did not believe her line of reasoning was solid. This one helped me out incredibly. It was pivotal to my deciding to undertake my longest bout of NoFap earlier this year. The science behind it is established and presented in a clear, logical manner.
