Yes, McCoy, there is alot to dislike about the Manosphere. The whole thing has its pathologies, but it also has some very valid points to make, and I'm glad it exists. Having argued with feminists before, and knowing what that's like, I want there to be a counterbalancing force against them in society.

Why can't you just explore it to the extent that you want to figure out what it's about, and keep at an arms length that which you find personally offensive?

It's not a sorority, if you don't want to be part of it anymore just stop posting.

I truly wonder here.

There are so many guys who get banned against their own will and here you have someone who wishes to get banned, but avoids doing all those things that the others did to successfully accomplish that great task.

Theories:

1. His mom/wife/gf caught him. She wants to see proof that his identity is killed and cremated into fine ashes as a mere kiln of the past. She'll continue checking the history on his devices until at some point, he buys a burner smartphone and finds his way back to the holy land of RVF.

2. Roosh's alter-ego. Roosh will begin using McCoy as the blue pill perspective. The purpose is multi-faceted. Taking the identity of an opponent may offer great insight as to strategies and tactics. Add in the humor a feminist would bring to the table (only 1 of them wouldn't really taint the crowd much), as well as the entertainment aspect. Plus, now we all know who McCoy is, so Roosh has two identities on here with fame.

It's taken me well over a year to have nearly the same number of posts he has, and I can't understand running from God's wrath that long only to want one more glimpse Sodom and Gomorrah. But he has a different background and experiences, so maybe this is what he needs. Perhaps he's Elijah and needs to spend some time in the wilderness.

My point more was, yes, of course the Manosphere has its groupthink, demonised outgroups, issues and pathologies. I've done a lot of soul searching over this at times myself, but the reality is, so will any group in society LM choses to interact with.

He could be describing a group of friends, local government, a workout crew, a band, an office workplace or a sports team.

Any group of people he chooses to associate with in the future will have a demonised out-group it needs to feel superior too to strengthen group unity. There will be certain beliefs - frequently illogical or hypocritical - he will need to hold to remain part of the group, at risk of expulsion.

It's simply how tribes work. It's not always about skin colour.

A Leftist Friend, posting on FB recently: "Ugh, can you still believe that people still think this way [about race] in 2015?" I wanted to reply: "Ugh, can you still believe that people still believe in tribal unity in 2015", he said, showing his clear, unquestioned allegiance to his tribe of upper-middle class liberals from rich communities that are over 97.8% White but nevertheless make a constant show of Not Being Racist. (And I've checked out the census demographics of the towns on all of these tools on my FB: 97.8% was the least-homogenous population).

What LM is trying to escape is everywhere: hypocrisy, stereotyping, pathology. Given that choice, I'd err on the side of Neomasculinity every time, particularly as I'm damn fond of my balls.

As I grow older, my core beliefs about life have changed due to experience and research, and, as such, I'm more convinced I'm right about any topic I've seriously-considered, whilst also being less-convinced that I know everything. It's a good place to be in mid-life.

McCoy this is just silly and accomplishes nothing. You haven't even broadly spelled out what's so upsetting to you and why after all this time you're doing a 180 and want to leave us. I hate to say this but it's sort of like how a feminist or SJW would act - you're effectively blocking people who mostly want to help you out in search of your personal "safe space" so you don't get any triggering events. Not a way to build character.

Give us something to work with here so we can at least see what your biggest issues are. You and all of us might learn something in the process.
