Logistics often play a big part on whether or not we get laid. I'm looking for a new place to live, and I've been saying to myself: "How about living where the pussy is?"

I'm almost 44, so I would certainly stick out in a college neighborhood.

Of course, student neighborhoods are often expensive and sometimes not as safe as other neighborhoods. One is also likely to find less than desirable landlords. Years ago, when my brother was in college, his landlord set the place he was renting on fire during Christmas break.

Is it worth it to live where the pussy is? How much does it help? Does it make a difference? How much difference does having a swimming pool make?

I never went to college and have never lived in a college neighborhood. I'd love to hear your experiences.

at 44, no. you will hate it. I'm 35 and have zero tolerance for idiot neighbors, unsafe bullshit and shitty living conditions. When I was 28 I lived in a college neighborhood and could care less about my stuff, apartment, crime etc. I had nothing to lose and LOVED it.

You would likely have to spend for a relatively impressive pad to make it worthwhile.

I'd agree with Dr Howard. I wouldn't want to live in a college neighborhood. I've had friends who lived in college neighborhoods even in grad school and it sucked. Loud parties at all hours when you have work the next morning, people pissing in the bushes outside your place at 3am, rents are too expensive because parents are paying the bills, and landlords are rarely responsive.

And let's face it, the majority of college apartments are shitty and I wouldn't want to be living in one in my 40s. There's been an increase in the last ten years of ritzy apartments for the well-to-do kids aghast at the idea of dorm life, but I don't think that's what you're talking about and I wouldn't want to live in the midst of those kids anyway.

Now logistically if you can find the nicer neighborhood next to where the college neighborhood is? Maybe between the college apartments and Whole Foods or wherever they go? that sounds like more of a winner.

Of course it's helpful to live near the pussy. I would say it depends on many factors; including the same types of factors you'd want to account for when you want to live anywhere else. Are you close to work and the other places you want to be? Does the neighborhood have apartments that are more suited for someone your age but are still nearby? You can still frequent the bars and have a place 5-10 minutes away. Though it's awesome to be able to walk outside your door and just see hot, naive, tight pussied chicks just walk right by, I don't think I'd want to live in a crappy college apartment if I was in my 40s.

Also, have you been successful with college girls in the past? It depends on your game too, of course.

Years ago, I vowed that I would never live more than a half hour from work. The college neighborhood is within a half hour of my current workplace. It is closer to my current workplace.

I fucking hate bars with every bone in my body. All "college bars" are in college neighborhoods.

There are other things--restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores. Plus, not all college girls have cars. If she can walk to my place, that makes it a lot better.

If you have a little cash to throw around and don't mind all the problems that come with college neighborhoods, you could heavily leverage the location, if you have a pool and its in a part of the world where swimming is a possibility for more than two months of the year.

Pointless to have a pool that only is usable during the summer when everyone goes home.

If you can be the party place AND are able to restrict entry to invited guests, you could have a somewhat passive pussy assembly line set up.

Imagine, hot girls just showing up in bikinis every weekend in your backyard. Much easier approach environment than virtually anywhere else, because you are the home owner, which gives you massive higher value, especially if your parties are cool.

On the downside, you run the risk of getting in serious legal trouble if underage drinkers routinely use your residence as a place to drink, especially if you are supplying the alcohol.

Limiting parties to 21+ would take a lot of wind out of your sails, because the girls who are going to be slutting out the most are probably stupid 18 year old freshmen who are still angry at their father.

You can definitely enjoy banging 21+ girls, but it'll be harder to be the cool party place if you don't let 18-20 year olds participate.

College guys aren't going to chip in on alcohol expenses if they are only paying for access to 21+ college girls.

There are options, but I think that the end result could end up being very disappointing.

I'm strongly opposed to the American drinking age (and envy those of you who live in countries where it's set at a sensible 18), but there are still plenty of ways to meet girls that don't involve throwing a party, and that don't have to involve alcohol. (I want to drink on a date, because it makes me much smoother and more social, but I don't care that much if she does). I think Puckerman's idea is a great one. Dating younger women (or any other narrow subgroup) is a numbers game, and the larger number you encounter, the more you are going to find who are interested.

I live in a college town (next door to a Latina sorority, believe it or not), but because I'm technicaly 'staff' at the university I'd strongly prefer not to date anyone who's a student here. No policy against it, but I don't want to do anything that might be considered professionally sketchy. (I'd happily date a girl at the community college across town, by contrast). If you live in a college town but have no professional connexion with the university (beyond purely social connexions), that's just about the ideal situation. You get the benefit of running into younger women (if that's your preferred age group) without having to run into ethical issues about dating in the workplace.

There is a mountain of legal liability associated with having parties. There are way too many risks I don't want to take. There is also a mountain of liability associated with simply having a swimming pool.

However, living in a place where a pool is available would certainly work.

Are we talking west campus, red river, or riverside?

And realistically, unless you actually live/work on the 40 acres, you're not really going to run into gobs of them if you have a real life. Students, especially if you want the suburban cheerleader types that morph into sorors, are super insular. The real sweet spot in Austin are the chicks from there, or who live there.

Best bet is to live close to the action, so no William Cannon or Slaughter Lane. I wouldn't live north of 51st either. Not west of Mopac( I wouldn't go west of Lamar actually). East side, I'd stop well before Pleasant Valley.

Central, close to all the hot spots.

Yeah 43 is a bit too old for a college area I think but WTF AUSTIN ATX YOUNG PUSSY AND TOURIST PARADISE.

You can live in about 3-4 awesome neighborhoods in ATX and get all the action you need, if you can afford it.

If you lived in most other cities I'd say maybe the college area is a decent option but wtf Austin has incoming ass everywhere.

If my life was really how I want it to be, I'd move to San Marcos where Texas State is located. It's not as big a university, but it's more mixed with the town. You can see gorgeous pussy just passing through there.

West campus seems like the sweet spot. I also like the Red River area. It's pretty convenient. I probably wouldn't live on Riverside, and I'm puzzled as to why it's a student neighborhood considering how far it is from campus.

Basically, the further down the socioeconomic scale you go, the more likely girls are to be interested in dating older men. So the less elite the university, I'd guess the better his chances are. (Also, Latina women date older more than Anglo women do).

I stay directly across the street from a university of 7000+ students and have for about a year now. I have banged 0 from there. What the fuck, right? I haven't really given this much thought but in order to help you, I'll examine some of the reasons why I haven't been able to capitalize on them:

1. Commuter Campus
The vast majority of students live in the city and drive to school. The rest live in a couple of dorms, apartments, or student family housing. The campus becomes a ghost town about the time I get home at 4,5, or 6 pm. The campus is best during the middle of a weekday but I am always gone at that time.

2. My Ex-Fiance Attends the School
I don't have the desire to run into her while running game on a girl or running into her with another dude. That dampens my desire to go there.

3. I Have 3 Roommates
They are not into "gaming" women per se. They are good focused students and mention women in passing. The house's atmosphere isn't about getting women other than me.

4. Approach Anxiety
The library is a decent spot for the night girls at this school. For some odd reason, I get approach anxiety in the library since it is so quiet you can hear a vagina actually tingling. Everyone would hear every word of your dialogue and recognize that you are trying to spit game at her. That last point probably shouldn't matter but it does to an extent.

Avoid those pitfulls I have outlined for you and you should enjoy living in a college neighborhood.

Giovonny and others have given great advice in this thread.

However, the above sticks out pretty heavily in my mind. If you missed the college experience, you missed the most common way to get laid easily in life. While I don't think that you should live right in the middle of a student apartment complex if you're not going to be able to handle the downsides of the noise/partying that this entails, you should definitely consider living close enough to be able to day game in the surrounding areas. Since you don't like bars (which sucks because this will be the easiest place to meet college-ish age girls and get laid), what you mentioned about being near the stores and areas where college age girls will be is probably your best bet.

A pool in Texas sounds like a GREAT thing to have access to, especially if the college girls won't have one available to them. Throwing parties at your age won't work, but going the established, confident, yet fun/in shape guy route will work.

There is North Campus near 38th street. It's still close enough to campus where you can walk there. The neighborhood relatively quiet compared to West Campus. I think most of the people living there are either yippies or students who got tired of living in West Campus. I used to live on near 34th street and it was awesome.

There is a HEB and 24hr Fitness conveniently located on 45th/Red River that's packed with hotties from UT. There is a Trudy's in North Campus for that Mexican martini. Central Market is across Guadalupe.

I think I can weigh in on this as I used to live on West Campus (25 1/2 st.) and now I live on the river in San Marcos in a house I bought in 2008. We are also the exact same age (44). I lived on UT campus from the age of 32 to 38. I have a bald head with tattoos, a very athletic body and dont at all resemble the white bread, dockers and button downs that populate that neighborhood. The amount of ass I got in that house was ridiculous, the number of UT coeds that I boned (excluding foreign exchange students) ZERO. During my 30's I was still very active sleeping with strippers, running a female escort service and boxing gym as well as attending Rio Vista ACC campus earning my degree in kinesiology and athletic training. The bottom line is that college age women, especially ones from wealthy families, are extremely conscious of your social value and what their social circle will think of you. That being said I still boned tons of alternative and middle class girls from Austin community college. I live in San Marcos now and still only have sex with either grad students or college age women that arent in school. If you want to bone young college age chicks, go back to college, otherwise you will only be able to bag outliers not your average, mindless sorority girls. The statistics bear you out here- community college girls (and guys, I guess) are more likely to date older than ones at higher class college. Probably partly because economic status means more to them, and probably partly because they run into more older people at community colleges and are accustomed to the idea of mixed-age socializing.

Fortunately, there are a hell of a lot of community college girls out there, and now that Obama is making them cheaper, there are going to be even more.
