If any pizza guys are reading this let me give you some advice:

When you say 45 minutes to one hour, be here in that 15 minute window.

Don't show up 20 minutes after I call. You aren't my hero for showing up early.

I had to get out of the shower for the lunch guy who needs to get his head out of his ass.

Aloha!

Got me thinking, I wonder how many people from RVF are in McMurray? Must be a decent few due to the oil sands thread... Hell, I am considering heading up there to bank some startup cash!

I am also planning on walking in with my hoodie and then take it off to show off my Trump Make America Great Again shirt. There's even a whole day of class based on gender and intersectionality. Which will be so very fun. (Sarcasm). As the course goes on I will make updates if you guys are interested. Suffice to say its going to be interesting.

I spotted two triggly puffs in class today. I will assume they are all well versed in the whole gender and feminism thing.

What are you paying for this?

About 1000$ Canadian for two classes I'm taking plus the cost of books which was 150$ for one, and 200$ for the other. Thank God for grants!

I am not entirely sure what the cost of the courses was but around 1000-1200. Tution runs about 550$ for one course roughly.

In a bit of an ego match during an argument....I told my LTR that last year I took another girl to her favorite restaurant (it has since closed). She knew that I was with another girl all this time, but I lied about the location until now.

Shit did not go well. It went from bad to sinkhole/blackhole-vortex bad.

‘Go and grab a jacket!’: Nine newsreader Amber Sherlock blasts colleague for wearing similar outfit

http://www.news.com.au/entertainment/tv/...903a081098

NINE News Journalist Amber Sherlock has made light of a viral clip that showed her firing up at a fellow journalist wearing a white top in a segment, saying she “probably overreacted” under pressure.
“Live TV can be a pretty stressful beast, at times,” the veteran presenter told Nine Honey.
“It’s never much fun rocking up to work or to a party in the same outfit as one of your colleagues or friends. I probably overreacted with the pressure of presenting a live news bulletin.”
Off-air footage of the fashion emergency, where Sherlock realised she was wearing a similar outfit to the guests she was about to talk to just moments before going to air went viral after being published by Mumbrella.

Also demonstrates the two faced nature of chicks when they cross to the live feed.

I told my LTR right in the beginning that I would want to fuck other women, be with her, but would need this.

Today she said something funny as she read in a magazine that the famous photographer Helmut Newton had a wife and that the wife did not mind him fucking other women. I laughed at this and told her a little story.
Back when I was working in the art world I fucked my older boss (she was 35 and hot) and she knew Helmut Newton and his wife intimately being from Germany and having organized art exhibitions for Helmut. Last time his wife implored her to make sure to not invite any models, because her husband would surely fuck them and she could not bear this any more. This was a few years before his death, but the guy still did it any chance he could. (He was already in his 80s back then.) He did not want to leave his wife, but he certainly was not monogamous.

Then I told my girl - "See - they had our arrangement. I fuck other girls, we do threesomes, but she was not allowed to do anything with another man."

Of course it bothered her to a degree so publicly she may have even said that it did not concern her, but women adapt to that. They are built to share men, we are built to have a woman for ourselves, that is the difference in our psyche and that is why it works. It is just like some French women say: "If he comes back to you and wants to be with you, then it's fine."

Though attempting to change that in the middle of a LTR is probably futile, also some women will certainly never go for it.

I think my other date was like at 11am. Then I took my LTR to the same place 5pm that same day or the next day, and we went there weekly for the next 5 months until they closed.

Hit the halfway point of my Invisalign program today. It stunk that when I had braces as a kid everything moved back over the years, but having a good smile and good teeth are just as important as being in shape body-wise. Most of the major work has been done, but I still have until October to finish my program out. It sure beats having braces again as an adult.

Bedridden for the past week. Can confirm that over exposure to politics makes you a negative person. Especially when you're dragged into an argument to debate hardcore Libs that actually believe the Trump Golden Shower stuff.

Here's a news story which recommends taking some time to spank it at work. I can't say I've ever done it, and I would be very wary of any psychologist or 'life coach' who advocates it. As far as I can tell this article isn't a parody. Should you wank at work? My favourite quote: According to Dr Arnall, however, masturbation breaks shouldn’t be driven by lust or fantasising about a colleague as this would “likely result in cognitive impairment”. Such breaks should only be taken if they’re motivated by a genuine desire for stress relief.

Differently to certain herbs and conventional drugs vitamin C rarely has effect directly on a pathogen or disease. It effects your body to take care of the problem essentially giving it the building stones to deal with the problem. Anyone who tested it out and experienced the differences of saturation knows it to be true - when healthy only being able to take 10.000mg daily and when sick taking 40.000mg and still no reaction. It goes somewhere and suddenly incredibly quickly you feel much better.

Which commercially available vitamin C brands or products would you recommend?

If you buy pure l-ascorbic acid then you can even purchase the one used in feedlots (which are used at orthomolecular levels - yes poultry gets working high-dosage vitamin C, but humans at the supermarket get something laced with blocking additives and plenty of aspartame). [I don't recommend that even if you can buy it in buckets, because it is probably not that clean - splash out on human-grade vitamin C, which is dirtcheap anyway.]

Good producers are:

Swanson - swansonvitamins.com (on the site they have good and bad producers available, but good prices)
Now Foods
Youngevity
Awesomesupplements
Nutrivene

There are a few other mid- to small-tier sized companies. The good ones are always family owned.

While Puritan's Pride and Solgar offer adequate products, they are owned by big pharma (I once researched the ownership structure of many bigger producers) - take them if you have bought them or have no choice. The companies they belong to have mostly other brands which are highly toxic, but they offer better alternatives for the people who know. Still - I simply do not trust them.

But as I said - better and cheaper is to buy vitamin c in pure l-ascorbic acid powder. Even many children like the sour taste after a while.

@Zel any evidence on powder vs. capsule? I've been taking the Swanson C capsules. They come in 1g doses so it's easy to choke down a few grams.

I have many more questions for when you finally make the data sheet...

Capsules are likely pure powder with some cover. The tabs are mixed and may take slightly longer to absorb, but make zero difference in efficacy.

Swanson is a good company. The worst they have are some super-cheap products that have GMO-soy in it, but you can even avoid that by buying another one of their products that is 2-5$ more expensive and GMO free. But that does not impede the efficacy of the vitamins used. They also don't use the non-working artificial dl-alpha vitamin E (vs the working natural d-alpha version). Some vitamins can be produced artificially and work fine, some vitamins like vitamin E have to be derived completely naturally.

If you for example enter a pharmacy you get mostly the artificial vitamin E at orthomolecular doses (200-400IU of non-working vitamin E). But then the same pharmacy is concerned when you take the working natural vitamin E at doses of 200IU! It is really funny how many cons they put out.

Australian Broadcasting Commission "journalist" manages to find somebody who is offended by advertisment.

"Journalist" Imogen Brennan put together this piece citing "members of the indigenous community" offended by Meat and Livestock Australia's 2017 Australia Day lamb promotion.

Despite the ad featuring many prominent Indigenous Australians, some members of the indigenous community found it "highly offensive" and "disgusting" according to Ms Brennan.

So who were the quoted members of the indigenous community that found it so offensive and disgusting? Well, it turns out that would be fellow journalist Amy Mcquire.

Even with all the "hooray multiculturalism" and gay stuff, I think it's a very clever ad.

Some random Japanese expressions I was thinking about that I always found funny/interesting:

破顔する, hagan suru: "To break into a grin". Composed from the kanji meaning "face" and "destroy", it literally means "to destroy your face". I've never seen a word that reflected the culture it came from some well.

口車にのる: "kuchiguruma ni noru": To be tricked by someone's words. Literally means "To ride someone's mouth-car". Often used in a negative sense. "Don't ride their mouth car!" (I.E. "Don't let him trick you!")

壊血病: kaiketsubyou: Scurvy. Literally "shattered blood disease". "Scurvy" never sounded that threatening to me, but "Shattered blood disease" sounds fucking terrifying.
