Quote:I don't mind eating field rations - they taste well when you are in the countryside, but doing it while everyone is sitting in a restaurant is not a good picture and makes you feel like shit.

In the beginning, they weren't that bad.

But...when you eat the exact same stuff for like 10 consecutive days...heh... then it is a different story.

Even to this day, I avoid canned stuff as much as I can. Especially canned corn and tuna.

I want to share story about the murder case that happened few days ago in Croatia. I will not put links to articles as they are in Croatian language.

Killer (19) killed both his parents (both 45 years old).

His mother offered to take him and his friend somewhere and he took the seat behind the driver seat, while friend took the front right seat. Before mother started to drive, he pulled out gun (his fathers gun) and shot his mother in the neck from behind. His friend was sprayed with blood and run away from the car.

He exited car and went to the house and just in that time his father came from the field and not knowing anything went to the garage. Killer pulled again gun, went close to the father who had his back turned to him and killed him by shooting him in the neck, same way like his mother.

Motive:
His parents were pretty wealthy and spoiled brat sometimes spent even a 160$ of pocket money daily, that parents gave him.
They decided to stop giving him so much money and prohibited him to hang out with his druggie friends. Both these decisions made him angry.

He planned killing for a few days and on 25 March decided to kill them.

Fucking horrible. Reminds me of the "affluenza" case.

That's why I don't think the question "should there be a death penalty" is the right question. I think the right question is "is the death penalty enough?".

Death penalty needs to be brought back across the world. It's incredible how everyone other than China and a few other countries (honorable mention to the few remaining US states as well) got so pussified.
Zelcorpion · 2017-03-29 05:05:00 · #21580
Torture and death penalty was part of human history. There are at least 2 major reasons for not doing it:

1) You kill / torture the wrong person - happens all the time and will continue to happen

2) It brings out the worst in human beings - especially public torture was something that created a negative back-loop in a population that cheapened life and made the most vile crimes seem less monstrous, since they had all seen that in the open already

Especially the last point is not to be underestimated.

There are psychopaths like that and always will be. Redemption for such a person is close to impossible in this life. We have to trust that divine justice will take care of this.

But how his incarceration should look like - well for someone like him I would propose solitary confinement or alternative a televised battle Royal with another psycho like him.

Some prisoners however can be redeemed even with the info we have about human psychology. That one is lost, so we might as well get some entertainment value of it while giving him a small chance of survival.

How would that be less worse than public execution and torture? Because you die like a man as a warrior and even that is up to you, you can choose solitary confinement under austere conditions as well. Pedophiles by the way should be punished equally - their prison terms should be as long as the ones of murderers.

Is there an "I-just-went-on-a-date" thread?

I did a search for a few variations of the name, but i didn't come up with anything. Anyone remember anything like that?

Just had sex thread, not a Just had a Date thread.

We learned from women - sex is 100 times more worth than a date.

The life of a feminist in two quotes by Ariel Levy

The Rules Do Not Apply

Quote:I had managed to solve the Jane Austen problems that women have been confronting for centuries – securing a provider for your children, finding a mate to pass the time with, and creating a convivial home – in an entirely unconventional way.

Quote:We want a mate who feels like family and a lover who is exotic, surprising. We want to be youthful adventurers and middle-aged mothers. We want intimacy and autonomy, safety and stimulation, reassurance and novelty, coziness and thrills. But we can’t have it all

Bonus quote:

Quote:Anything seemed possible if you had ingenuity, money, and tenacity. But the body doesn’t play by those rules

Anyone else get targeted youtube ads from this clown?

Seems like a dude I'd get along with or whatever, but I'm curious as to why youtube thinks I'm susceptible to get rich quick schemes.

There was a breakdown of that guy somewhere here. He bought a lot of traffic off youtube.

The US has the highest amount of get-rich-think-rich-grow-rich hucksters in the world - coming from a country that has roughly a 70% lower social mobility than almost any Western European nation.

But agreed - if you make it, then you make it much bigger than in Europe, which is indeed a solace to the rest of the poor or otherwise called "currently inconvenienced millionaires" in the US.

T-Rex was a sensitive lover

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/2017/...ists-find/

Despite its fearsome teeth and cumbersome body the T. rex was a sensitive lover according to a new study.

The carnivorous dinosaur had a sensitive side - namely its nose, which was as sensitive as human fingertips.

In contrast with its 9-inch-long teeth and 20-foot height, the dinosaur had a nose which yearned to be touched.

As well as using its tactile nose to investigate surroundings, build nests and carefully pick up fragile eggs, the T. rex also enjoyed rubbing its sensitive face against that of a mate.

The US researchers wrote in the journal Scientific Reports: "In courtship, tyrannosaurids might have rubbed their sensitive faces together as a vital part of pre-copulatory play."

As I predicted before in some threads - AIDS - HIV together with Hepatitis C will be found 100% curable within the next decades simply because those diseases were concocted:

https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/20...234239.htm

Now they find 10% of the European population to be immune.

Yeah - right.

Also recently they "discovered" a close to 99% cure of Hep C. What a surprise that a "disease" with an incubation period of 5-25 years is found to be fake as even the nobel price winner Kary B. Mullis ("for his invention of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method") who designed the tests with which HepC is "proven" stated publicly that the cellular debris is not an indication of Hep.C.

http://www.whale.to/vaccines/hepatitis2.htm
http://www.whale.to/a/kohnlein3.html

Either way - they will find in the next decades ever more parts of the population to be "immune" or get a 99% treatment for both of those fake diseases.

Don't wanna discuss it here - everyone can research it himself - I am not some lone cook here - a ton of doctors and nobel price winners are making the same claims and their information is quite well founded.

Either way - just funny to see once again be validated as I have foreseen the future.

My body feels so much better after eating a spinach salad with some olive oil than it does after devouring a steak. In fact, I haven't eaten meat (except lean fish) for a few weeks and I feel like I have way more energy and stamina.

My broscience conclusion: red meat probably isn't that great for you.

I made a conscious decision to eat only seafood several years ago.

The very few times I've had steak since, its kept me up at night and screwed with my stomach. And those times it was from really good restaurants.

I concur with your conclusion.

You don't want to have red meat every day, but there is no need to avoid it completely -- and especially, there is no reason to do so in Hawaii for reasons I will explain presently.

First, don't have your red meat late. Forget about f'ing restaurants, even the "really good" ones. Obtain some great prime steak or ground sirloin, go outside DURING THE DAY -- like at noon when the sun is blazing -- fire up your gas grill and make a steak or a burger. Learn how to hit it just right. Be hungry, ideally you've done some real exercise or manual work in the morning. I guaranf'ingtee you you're going to enjoy the hell out of it, and it won't keep you up at night or mess with your digestion. Having that shit late or too close to bedtime is a terrible idea but there is no law that says you have to do it then rather than much earlier.

Second, there is an enzyme called bromelain which helps the body digest red meat much more easily. The best way to get your bromelain is from fresh squeezed pineapple juice which is why Hawaii of all places is not where you need to deprive yourself of some good beef or lamb. Get a huge juicy pineapple, slice off a half of it into chunks and put them through your juicer -- you can juice the rind too if you wash it -- plop in some big ice cubes into a pint glass and have this nectar as a chaser to your midday steak or burger (you can also mix in grapefruit or other citrus to break the sweetness a little). It will taste amazing, make you feel really good, and blow out any digestive difficulties you might possibly have with that meat as it makes its way through your body. It will also sweeten things up for your girl when she has to swallow your meat-eater's load later on that day.

For those that don't have ready access to fresh squeezed pineapple juice to chase your prime sirloin, you can buy bromelain as a supplement. This is a good brand:

https://www.iherb.com/pr/Now-Foods-Brome...Caps/16546

Take two of these bad boyz with your midday red meat meal and you'll be alright.
