Why does this social anxiety bother you?

I have an absolutely fantastic job and my life situation is very good. Have good friends and family. This has very little to do with social anxiety IMO.

Only anxiety comes from complete strangers.

Reading the Alchemist now actually.
Try accepting the anxiety, maybe that helps.
