Anyone else suffer from this?

When I wake up in the morning besides from being a little flabby (I'm definitely not toned) I don't seem to have much of a belly, fast forward to the end of the day I've a pot belly and am bloated. I measured it every day for a week morning, evening and before bed and found it could increase by up to 3 inches. I also kept a food diary for a week to try and pin down what might be causing it followed by another week of cutting out likely culprits such as wheat, dairy, sugars, caffiene etc and whilst there were days the bloating wasn't as bad it never stopped.

Any sugesstions on ways to eliminate this or foods to eat / avoid?

Excessive salt intake?

Counter-intuitively, It can be from dehydration. When you're body is dehydrated and you supply water, it holds onto the water for dear life.

I drink a ton of water most days. On a work day I drink a pint when I get up then drink it all day at my desk and a few more pints at night plus I'm quite careful with the salt and won't add it to much. So it's not likely that.
