To date, despite what MiXX says about having SO MANY haters, I am the only user to have given MiXX a negative rep point.
On the other hand, G Manifesto has had many negative rep points given to him, because he actually has haters (although Roosh has scrubbed his rep sheet clean).
But yes... if the negative rep feature wasn't disabled, I'd be forced to give MiXX another negative rep point just to keep his count below 70.
And I'd definitely give one to Mr. GM for disobeying me...
