Yup. A lot of men assume that once a woman has kids, the vagina becomes really loose. That's not necessarily the case. In fact, my ex-wife was tighter after having a kid than before. She became a bitch too, but that's not the point here. Many OB/GYNs put in a stitch or two right in the labor/delivery room if there's been any tearing during the birth. (I should have sent him a thank you card for that.)
I've never been able to find a pattern with vaginal tightness, what I mean is that when it comes to the women I've had sex with, the old stereotypes don't seem to hold. For example sometimes really skinny women have loose ones, a size 10 women had the tightest one I've ever fucked, sluts can have tight ones while a girls who has only been with 2 guys had a loose one, athletes with excellent muscle tone everywhere else have loose ones, Asians with loose ones and on and on.
