I haven't seen it mentioned elsewhere on the forum. I have used this with great results, both during the day and at night. You just get a coin with two heads or tails. At any moment during your interaction, if there is resistance to a venue change, or if you want her to have another drink, etc, just whip out your coin, and say, let's leave it to chance.
I'll admit, I was inspired by the Batman movie, but this really does work well.
