I have my sights on a girl who works at my neighborhood Chipotle. I flirt up a storm when I'm talking to her and she responds very well, but I only have about 20 seconds to talk to her before she's done making my burrito and has to move on to the next customer.

Problem is, I can't see a good way to get her number while she's on the job. She'd probably be embarrassed in front of co-workers even if she's interested. I mean, there's a manager right there next to her. And he's a douchebag. I took another girl there to eat once, making sure to sit so Chipotle girl could see us, and this worked like gangbusters in ratcheting up interest from both girls. But still, I can't seem to work out how I can get digits from this girl given the logistics of the workplace.

Ideas?

If you're there often ask when shes off work, or use your sleuthing skills to figure out when she gets off and just happen to show up then from there.

Yeah, you see her the second time, you're cleared to approach, go straight into the conversation. Close by planning another meeting/invite her to a house party, etc.
