You need to differentiate between Latinas and the indigenous women. There is no question that there are a few countries where the indigenous women go nuts over anglo men (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, etc).

In terms of Latinas, a friend who lives in Paraguay insists that even the Colombianas consider the Paraguayas to be serious sluts, which is really saying something.
