So here I am, 35 and single again.After a ten year LTR I'm looking back on what has happened in my life and saying to myself ' Dood WTF were you thinking?'
More importantly i look at myself now and and realize I've lost all my swagger.. When I was in my early 20's I had no problems going out solo, meeting new people and occasionally hooking up, I was no player, but it wasn't nearly as exhausting and nerve wracking as it is now, or at least it seems that way.

I imagine there are a lot of guys like me, after building a life and having it fall apart before your eyes, your self confidence takes a nose dive, 'what the fuck was I thinking' becomes your mantra, and you start to doubt your every move..
I know eventually I'll get back to where I was, or even better.Back to the me that was calm, confident and cocky.But right now that seems a long way off.

Up to this point I've had a nervous breakdown,(any guy in my station should have one.. I feel way better) Partied like a rock star, (Im lucky I didn't get arrested) Now Im calming myself down, getting my head on straight and planning my new direction.
So where do you start? ( I know its a broad question)

35 is a good age man, you can bag girls across the age range. You've got nothing stopping you.

Same advice that would apply to anyone applies to you. Hit gym, pay attention to clothing, take care of yourself, be confident, add value, have balls, etc.

1. Do your best to shake off the divorce. You tried marriage and, as millions of other men are discovering today, found that it's a fucking joke.

2. Resume practicing game. Find time to approach women, anywhere: bars, grocery stores, dance clubs, streets, coffee shops, clubs, etc. Go anywhere and everywhere and APPROACH women, even if you have no intention of banging her.

3. Discover your niche. This will probably take you at least one year. Find out where you succeed best with women and then leverage it.


Don't get worked up over your age or your divorce. It's all bullshit man, and society is a joke. Have fun and enjoy your newfound freedom.

yup the above posters are right, men age well generally too so nor problems there.

Other posters are right, marriage is just not designed for men in the post feminist western world. Marriage is just an excuse for women to shit all over men and emasculate them. Look how many men live in fear from their wives, walking on egg shells, constant criticism. Its just not worth it. If you really want a wife find one from the 3rd world who at least appreciate the shit you give her and respect the beta role because guys their are largely deadbeats. Don't marry a rich girl from the 3rd world or else it will even worse, their parents will just criticisize you and poision her against you if you're not rich. I know a guy who married a brazilian broad, her parents came criticized him for not living in a gated community with guards and a water slide and she left his ass.
