Gonna try this out, I've only heard good things about jelquing from some buddies as well.

So basically it's just surrounding your shaft with your thumb and index, and going from the bottom all the way to the top? How much pressure do you put, how fast do you go, how often do you do it, etc?

It does make your dick definitly thicker, length almost nothing tho. After few weeks the thing fells totally different in your hands. Meaty would be a word describing it after jelquing. I've been jelqing (without warming up) for a week now and I definitely notice a change (what darrenmichael said.) It feels a bit thicker and my flaccid state is a bit bigger too. Still working on stretching, so I hope I can increase some length too.

I would not try this without talking to a urologist first.
Unless you've got a very small penis, why bother??? Other factors are a bigger deal than size in sexual performance.
Once you have your dick out, you are already getting the bang, whether you are packing ten inches of african thunder or a 4 inch japanese chub.

Never tried Jelqing, but a while ago I did tons of tons of kegel and reverse kegel exercises just to try it. I didn't notice any improvement in the strength of my orgasms, but my erections were a lot stronger. I literally added 1 cm in length purely from having a stronger erection due to kegels. Masturbate less often and you should see the same effect. Kegels + jacking off less adds around 1.5 cm to my length just from having a stronger hard on.
