I haven't spent a lot of time in Western Europe, but I have spent a significant amount of time in Central Europe. However, the attitudes of Western Europeans towards sex tends to be more liberal than that of Central Europe, which is definitely more liberal than America. they are all fine, i tend to find them quite boring though... can be very stuck up if you arent speaking their language, harder to game than americans, but much easier for ONSs... these are v common in Europe.
