I recently started my new job as a bartender. I feel a little insecure after my second proper shift because I have to ask what I need to do, so that just makes things a little more awkward for me than they should be. There are 3 girls I want to game at the bar. 2 of them are close friends form what I gather and the other is just a plain looking really nice girl. Aside from the nice girl, the other 2 seem really alpha and confronting. I picked up on this through this encounter:

Her: You do know how to use a strainer? Just like when your cooking pasta you put it in the strainer as the water drains

Me:...ok

Her: Am I making it sound as if your stupid (or something along those lines)

Me: A little bit, yea

Anyway. Now that I know who the alpha of the girls is I really want to game her, if anything just to prove my alphaness. I did get a lil keno from my previous shift when she punched me in the back for giving her a cold stare. Aside from that that was the only "sign" I got. After the whole strainer debacle I started playing it cooler by keeping my responses short and neglecting her. Does this make me look weak? Any insights on how to game this beast would be greatly appreciated.

Don't confuse workplace alpha, which can be observed and tested to a depth not controllable by you, with game alpha, which relies on unsupported impressions to evoke predictable responses.

Don't worry about them. Jus be cool and get them on your side so they have your back. Don't try to fuck them. If you're a bartender, and you have some game, the gods of pussy are about to make it rain on you.

Strictly speaking an alpha female is just a very hot girl. An overly assertive woman is just a bossy cunt.
