I haven't been to Russia, but I think eye contact (from my experience with Russian women) is a good indicator. But they will still shit-test hard, so the initial impression might be that they are not interested.

The hostility to non whites is more than anywhere in Europe or the US. Just on Friday night I was trying to get into a club. I was dressed up and was with a Russian chick. Russian guy in front of me (solo), not dressed up, got in, no problem. Then, bouncer tells me and the girl, no, flat out, no negotiation.

The even more bizarre thing after was when two cute asian girls tried to get in right after us. REJECTED!!!!

WTF!!! How do two cute Asian girls get rejected from a club...the even more depressing thing about it was these girls weren't too crushed...because they were used to it.

Russian speaking Ukrainian pal told me that racism is considerably less outside of Moscow, and that if you're worried about race issues Ukraine has none of that. Make of that what you will. St Petersburg is considerably cheaper and if there's less racism it makes more sense to go there than Moscow.

Yeah. I dated a girl from St. Petersburg in SF. She was mad cool. I would look into it if I ever check out Finland. It's not too far from Helsinki.

I've been to both Ukraine and Russia (I'm currently in Kiev). I really think both exotic appeal and racism are overstated in 90% of the world, but I would say it is understated in these places.

Ukraine is better than Russia. Bigger cities are better than smaller. And being in the south (Odessa, for example) is better than being in north (St.Petersburg, for example).

I don't discourage anyone from coming, but just understand the BS here is real. The vibe can really suck. I both love and hate these places. Many times, the pussy is not worth it (you heard me, sometimes even Russian pussy isn't worth the BS).

White boys - enjoy away though!
