As odd as it sounds, try an American city hub like Miami or Charlotte (I know you said not America but hear me out), American women love Europeans and having an accent regardless of what kind is a bonus I realized. The fact you're 40 will also help as you are seen as exotic AND worldly.

If you want a less western country I checked the Cambodia data sheet and I think it's up your alley, Japan has already been brought up since it's a country that didn't need Marxism to cuck itself. However I think that fact has been well-known for at least 5 years so you might find foreign competition if anything.

Eastern Bloc apart from Ukraine and Moldova (which is more or less an autonomous ghetto for Romania now) also sound good.

In all seriousness he’d get laid like a mad man in the US. NYC or previously mentioned US cities would be amazing for you. I remember this skinny Dutch guy being my wingman. Thank you all for your useful hints. Well as I said I will consider Chinese girls (in Berlin) and maybe Japanese ones too. I like the feminine and shy behaviour of asian women.
Regarding the US I am not sure. Of course I could speak the language but I think the women are too feminist and loud. Pretty much like German women on steroids, so to say (at least that is my impression; I never talked to an American girl directly). Many american women are visiting Berlin but people from the US are often very loud so it is easy to recognize them (nothing personal). But well, I prefer exotic women, so I agree with the posts above that women from EE, SEA or China/Japan are the best for average middle European guys.
