I've been around a lot of pugs in recent years, and I can confirm in my opinion that they are by far the most stupid and annoying dogs. They serve no purpose in nature.

Even when you want to play with them they are scared, they don't understand anything, they complain all the time.

And I love dogs.

To be honest I think the popularity of Pugs is very much related to the degradation of Western Culture, and it's self-image. I just cant be bothered to write an essay on it.

Pugs along with all other short ugly house dogs are a degenerate product of humans tinkering with nature. Useless, cowardly and annoying, mini "dogs" would all go extinct in the wild couldn't even make it as scavengers.

Has anyone noticed that in the troll-infested happy hour thread, the picture of the juicy jewess psychologist that TheBeast1 linked has changed to a picture of a pug? That means that someone has changed the source photo, obviously in reaction to her being linked in this forum. So now if you scroll through the thread it looks like TheBeast1 and I would bang a pug.

With such a dog you won't be suspected to be a serious hipster since hipsterism relies on pretending that ugly is beautiful. No wonder that English culture created not only hipsters, but chose a bulldog (similar to pug) as its own symbol. I see a certain cultural continuity here.

What I like about ugly little dogs like pugs is that they teach us to be happy with what God gave us.

No pug spends its days miserable, moping around because it's not jacked like a pitbull or tall like a great dane or graceful and elegant like an Afghan hound.

They take pleasure in the same things all dogs do and don't waste a second obsessing over what God and man have robbed them of. There's something about that we can learn from.

I don't get what all the fuss is about, for the vast majority of people dogs are nothing more than a companion, which is totally fine so it doesn't really matter what fucking breed of dog you have as long as it makes you happy.
